Greco's Italian Ices And Homemade Ice Cream

Only one young employee was working during our visit, and she truly stood out — friendly, efficient, and doing a great job managing everything on her own. However, we were disappointed with the soft serve ice cream. My daughter's small chocolate cone had a sour, spoiled taste and a noticeably grainy texture. My vanilla cone was also very grainy, though the flavor itself was fine.

I've visited many homemade ice cream shops, and this was the first time I've encountered such a texture in soft serve. It may be worth checking the machine settings, storage conditions, or the freshness of the mix to ensure a smoother, more consistent product. I’d love to come back, but I hope the quality of the soft serve can be addressed.

Staff is so bad and are always so rude to everyone. One specific girl that I always see there is giving everyone dirty looks for no reason. It’s very unpleasant when you’re just trying to get ice cream. Definitely would recommend going over to 32 below instead of grecos. Used to be such a fun place to go, shame that it’s no longer.

Nice quiet spot, a bit away from the main road. Inside and outside seating. Quick service.
May be difficult to find a parking spot, but it is mostly free parking.
Ice cream and water ice is a bit expensive. The quality is not to be compared to that of a creamery.
Overall, a good experience. Pleasant staff.

I love Grecos so much!! The flavors are amazing and they have so many options! The service is amazing and all the employees I have come across are very helpful and kind! 10/10 would recommend!

Kind of overpriced for what you get and the cotton candy water ice was weak and tasted like cherry. You're better off going to Fox Meadows Creamery or Udder Choice.

I took my mom there for Italian ice She is retired and lives Landisville. The Italian ice was delicious and the staff was working so hard. They were so friendly that I'd recommend everyone try them out.

We are always on the hunt for real Italian gelato and found this place when we were in Lititz. However, we were told that they only serve gelato when paired with ice cream and Italian ice. Not sure why we couldn’t just get gelato by itself and we walked out without purchasing anything, very disappointed. Maybe it’s good gelato, but we didn’t want ice cream or italian ice- just gelato. Very strange and disappointing. Based on the reply that they serve “gelati” not “gelato” I would suggest amending your menu, which clearly says “gelato’s” and lists flavors.

ever since this place was sold a few years back it's not been the same. Ingredients are subpar from the old owner, stop telling everyone you use the same recipes you're not the same people.

I used to enjoy going to Grecco’s, but recently on my last trip down my friend and I were treated to some unkind hospitality. There was an older gentleman employee at the door blocking our way in on a ladder, he clearly saw us and became irritated at our presence, after a little bit of time passed he seemed to have acted as if we weren’t even there. We left very disgusted, disappointed, and extremely unhappy. I do not believe I will be back.
