Stopped in for some cookies and cream vanilla and banana... best ice cream I've ever had!!! you can tell it's different than stuff that isn't homemade.. it's a must if you're in the PA
not very tasteful...I will leave it at that.
The Italian ice and ice cream is delicious! I would suggest you hire more than one employee to work! When we were here the line was 40 deep and as people came in the door most of them walked out! It’s not right to put that pressure on one person. They are a valuable asset to your business! I commend the young man who was so kind to your patrons. He stayed calm under the pressure he was subjected too. He was amazing under the circumstances!! In order to grow and improve you really need to get more help so your business grows!! Saturday 5/17 Wishing you success.
Terrible place!
Delicious ice cream and the service was great!
The line was out the door and Lilliana was working quickly while providing great customer service with a smile! Ice cram was amazing! Definitely will be back!!
Just left the ice cream shop and the girl who was working was so unfriendly, no interaction with customers and took at least a half hour to wait on the 3 of us and make 3 coffee milkshakes. On top of that, the milkshakes were not very good. Will not go back
Ice cream is much better than other places. Comes from a local farm, home made. Staff is always so nice.
As Andrew mentioned in a former review. The owner sues everyone for 70 dollars🤣 very unprofessional. Would avoid this place. The ice cream is ok but not worth the potential to be sued.
Best of the best!!

The ice cream here is incredible - all their ingredients are locally sourced from nearby farms, which makes me love it even more! The staff is also lovely - shoutout to Tinisha! We will be back soon!!
Long time since I had their ice cream. They offer so many different flavors now! I had the vanilla and butter pecan ones. Delicious!
The owner is super kind and helpful and the ice cream is amazing!!!
I visited this place multiple times (6–8 visits) over a period of time before writing this review, as I wanted to make a fair and well-informed assessment.
The primary concern is product quality relative to price. While the shop promotes homemade offerings, I did not find the taste to be significantly different or better than what is readily available at nearby grocery stores or other ice cream locations. In fact, in several cases, comparable or better quality ice cream is available at a lower price and in larger quantities.
Another issue I experienced was lack of consistency. I ordered the same flavor on multiple occasions, and the taste and overall experience varied each time. Consistency is a key expectation, especially for a place positioning itself around quality and homemade products.
I also tried flurry-style items, and the value proposition was not convincing. Prices are on the higher side, while the portion sizes and overall quality did not justify the cost. On one visit, I ordered a large Oreo flurry but received what appeared to be a medium-sized container. When I raised this with staff, I was told that this was their standard “large,” which did not align with typical expectations.
Overall, while the concept of a local, homemade ice cream shop is appealing, my repeated visits did not deliver a standout experience in terms of taste, consistency, or value for money. Based on my experience, I would consider other options in the area that offer better consistency and pricing.
Thank you for your “kind” response.
To clarify, I initially referred to the item as a milkshake; after reviewing the original receipt, it was a large Oreo flurry.
My concern is the overall experience across multiple visits — specifically portion size, consistency, taste, quality, and value for money.
The Oreo flurry was described as a “large,” yet the portion size and container did not align with what would typically be expected for that size. More broadly, my experience across visits has been inconsistent in terms of taste and overall quality, which does not align with the expectations set for a homemade/premium offering.
The primary reason customers visit local ice cream shops is for the overall experience — especially taste, product quality, consistency, and the expectation of a distinct “homemade” style that sets it apart from standard retail options. When those elements are not consistently delivered, it becomes difficult to justify the pricing.
For context, on that particular visit — just one example — the large Oreo flurry and a cup of strawberry ice cream together came to $19.18. By comparison, widely available brands at stores like Walmart, Target, and Giant — including Turkey Hill, Breyers, Blue Bell, Ben & Jerry’s, and Tillamook — typically offer tubs in the ~40–48 oz range (often around $3–$6) at a similar or lower price point, providing multiple servings and, in my experience, more consistent taste and texture. I will leave it to people to judge whether what I am saying makes sense and whether that represents fair value.
Also, I am not associated with “Andrew.” My review reflects only my own independent experiences. The suggestion that my review is associated with someone else is inaccurate. I am happy to provide receipts and details of my visits if needed.
Ice cream is not good and not consistent. The owner is less then desired...kinda like the ice cream. Owner is very sue happy if he doesn't get his way. I would go to the shack in manhiem. Thank me later.
