Great place for ice cream. Fortunately not their fault as kids went back to college, but sometimes there is just one person there and they get swamped. To me it's very understandable and I feel bad for them.
My strawberry lemonade ice shake was refreshing and delicious and the cashier/servers were friendly and quick on a particularly busy day!

Greco’s is one of my absolute favorite ice cream shops. Actually it is my number 1!! Their flavors are imaginative and always premium results! I’m always excited to see what the latest flavor offering is. You can’t go wrong at Greco’s!
Very rude workers…zero customer service skills
I was with a group of friends. My buddy ordered a rootbeer, they insisted he ordered a blueberry, another friend agreed he ordered a root berry. They wouldnt take it back and get the root beer. It was prepaid so he kept it. The rest of the group walked out. Their service is just wrong!!!!!!! Ill never go back and NEVER RECOMEND!!!!
The rudest place i ever went too. I ordered a root beer Italian ice. Girl gave me blueberry. I said I ordered root beer
She said no you ordered blueberry, I said no I didn't. The lady behind me even said to her he ordered rootbeer. She said no he didn't. Then I said I will eat whatever you want me to eat. UNBELIEVABLE
The service is terrible, the ladies are very rude, they keep you waiting even when there is no line, the snow has a normal taste... there are better ones.

My husband and I stopped in tonight. We live in walking 🚶 distance of the new location in Landisville, and are so disappointed we didn’t stop in sooner. What a great local gem. The ice cream was amazing, service with a smile and hometown atmosphere. My family and I will be back!
This place is ok, however, as a place of business that serves food and drinks they don’t have a bathroom for the customers to use. The Italian ice is terrible but the ice cream is ok. Don’t come here thinking that it has a facility for you to use like washing your hands after eating something sticky. NO WASHROOM!!!! First time and last time coming here.
Disappointed, prices are high, portions are small and the water is very crystallized. Will not return!!
