We are always on the hunt for real Italian gelato and found this place when we were in Lititz. However, we were told that they only serve gelato when paired with ice cream and Italian ice. Not sure why we couldn’t just get gelato by itself and we walked out without purchasing anything, very disappointed. Maybe it’s good gelato, but we didn’t want ice cream or italian ice- just gelato. Very strange and disappointing. Based on the reply that they serve “gelati” not “gelato” I would suggest amending your menu, which clearly says “gelato’s” and lists flavors.

ever since this place was sold a few years back it's not been the same. Ingredients are subpar from the old owner, stop telling everyone you use the same recipes you're not the same people.

I used to enjoy going to Grecco’s, but recently on my last trip down my friend and I were treated to some unkind hospitality. There was an older gentleman employee at the door blocking our way in on a ladder, he clearly saw us and became irritated at our presence, after a little bit of time passed he seemed to have acted as if we weren’t even there. We left very disgusted, disappointed, and extremely unhappy. I do not believe I will be back.

We love ice cream and seek it out in every town we go to. We have purchased ice cream from your shop in the past and considered it one of the best around. The last 2 visits , we have found the ice cream not up to the quality of the past. We felt there was not enough flavor and added ingredients to make an excellent ice cream. We also thought it was not as creamy as it used to be.

Delicious! The reasons for not 5 stars are:
Non composting spoons and bowls. They're readily available, better on the environment. I will glady pay more for environmentally responsible cutlery. I guess my main concern is, are the dairy cows separated from their young and confined inside and deprived of the sun and a grass fed diet? Or are they treated with love a d respect?

I got 3 items an ice cream cone and 2 water ices. Their water ice tasted like soda with no sugar. It was horific. I asked them to refund it they refused. So they threw my water ice away. Then I asked where my ice cream cone was. The two girls (one was dressed like a boy?!) Told me I didn't order one?! So with a huge kine behind me I had to pay for another cone and when I did the one dressed like a boy gave me attitude. The other girl with blonde hair was sweet and apologized. But if I gave back my water ones over 10 dollars why did I have to pay for my 5 dollar ice cream cone? Unprofessional place as ever.

I visited here for the PA Ice Cream trail. The ice cream was good and it's surrounded by a lot of cute places but everything is closed on Sunday so visit on Saturday if your limited to weekends.

Vegetarian options: They had vegan flavors. I didn't try them.

Kid-friendliness: Yes kid friendly

Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible

The place is a great place to get ice cream. They have delicious flavors from hand dipped to soft serve. They also make other great ice cream treats like sundaes and flurries. There have been a few times were the staff seem a little annoyed and there soft serve machine has been broken for a few months but other than that this is one of me and my families favorite ice cream shops to eat at.

Ice cream in lots of flavors, some standards and some unique local takes. A stop on the PA ice cream Trail.

Interior is nondescript. If the weather cooperates you can enjoy seats outside.

Right next to the Wilbur Chocolate store and production facility.

Wheelchair accessibility: Shop is down several steps. No wheelchair access.

I totally agree with a recent reviewer the peanut butter ice cream was the best!!

The peanut butter ice cream was hands down the BEST ice cream I have ever had, which is saying a lot. It was SO thick and creamy. Absolute perfection ?

Wheelchair accessibility: The only entrance is accessible via stairs. There are no wheelchair-accessible entrances.

Slow service. Very slow service. Many other more appealing options. Update. After 20 minutes we were served semi melted ice cream in cups that were too small.

We had a very unpleasant experience this past Saturday. The girl who was working solo didn't wait on my family at first, and then when she did, was extremely slow (could tell she had no interest in wanting to wait on us). Then a second girl came to help and was both were rude on several occasions, the first being that they cannot out toppings on an ice cream cone (what?!). The kicker was that both children got a small, because there are no kids sizes and my son had half the amount of ice cream. When we asked why this was, she rudely respond that the second one got too much and walked away (she ignored my husband completely!!). This is unacceptable and we sadly won't be back because of this. The ice cream wasn't terrible, for what it was worth, but I won't have my children or husband treated poorly.
