Ordered 5 Pretzels. All 5 were black on the bottom. I asked the kind folks behind the counter about it and they said all their Pretzels were that way; that's just how they are made. I won't be going back.

Love Philly Pretzel Factory, pretzels are always fresh and delicious. Staff is always friendly.
pre ordered several trays of pretzels, rivets,cheesteak rivets etc for SuperBowl. stood in line for 2.5 hrs to not have our order. had to wait while they "made" it. To find out the trays were under cooked food was mainly Raw. We couldn't serve it. went back for refund was told absolutely you deserve one said couldn't do it Internet was down come back next week. I have been back 4 times. different excuse each time. Been pleasant and nice each time. No customer deserves this I guess I'll call the board of health for preparing and serving Raw good.
STAY AWAY FROM PHILLY PRETZEL FACTORY. SLOPPY AND APPARENTLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!

I was there two days ago to get the 3 free pretzels if your name started w the letter J . The workers were so nice to me but I feel so bad bc they don't have AC. Just have the front door open. Was hotter inside than outside. We're having like 100° week Please get your workers AC they deserve it.
