This is the first time I ordered Primo catering and delivery for an office luncheon. I was really impressed with the whole experience. The food ingredients were fresh, of high quality, the portions were generous and it was all packaged with care. Everything tasted amazing! It's the first time we didn't have any leftovers. I will definitely order again-Mark's customer service is top notch!

This is definitely one of the best real Italian sandwiches I've had in real long time it was the Sharp Italian 5 on that, my sister really liked her eggplant parmesan 4 on that, if you're ever in Lititz be sure to check this place out 👍👍👆🤙😎

Stopped in to order for a party. To get it delivered I had to go home and do it online. Customer service was terrible. Nobody even looked up the entire time. When I ordered online I made specific instructions for delivery. I even called in the next morning to confirm the delivery location. That night, delivery guy delivered it to the wrong address. I texted him and continued to call him with zero response. I called the shop , they could have cared less. Had to leave my own party to go get the sandwiches which were left on my porch. Absolutely terrible experience. That's the second time service was horrible. Will never return
Just waited 30 minutes for 2 hoagies! Clearly don't have their act together as it relates to balancing online orders with in person orders. Frustrating.

Mark from Primo Hoagies went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I ordered a small catering platter for a corporate event to be delivered and accidentally ordered only 3 small bags of chips (instead of the 12 I had intended to go along with our order). Mark noticed that this seemed strange considering the platter of hoagies I ordered and called me to make sure this is what I intended. He single handedly saved me from an embarrassing situation with his thoughtfulness and proactive attitude. Thank you very much, Mark. We will absolutely order from this Primo again!
