The sandwiches were good. Although I was expecting twice the amount of steak in a cheese steak. The service was terrible. We were there last evening (Saturday), little after 7:00. They acted in a rush which made me ask what time they close, I thought we must have walked in at closing time. Then they said we couldn't dine in because there were only 2 people working. A little after 7:30 when we drove by it looked closed. (They had said they were open till 8:00 when I had asked.)

I’ll lead with the positives! I love the subs here. They’re so good. My biggest complaint and feedback for the staff is to train their young team members on the importance of good customer service. I felt like a huge inconvenience when I ordered and was rushed. I planned to order 3 subs and only ordered 2 because of how unkind the young man was taking my order. I felt as if my existence annoyed him. I was with my young daughter who also wanted chips and he was annoyed to have to add it to the total after he walked away. Overall very uncomfortable experience. I hope they take the time to read this and make adjustments because it’s such a simple but important thing in business!

The girl today 9/15/25 at around 5pm my husband and I went in to order hoagies to go. The girl behind the counter said “what do you want?” In a tone that seemed like she didn’t want to be doing a job. My husband asked for mayo to go and asked for a container of mayo from the back. She said no you can’t, how many packets? Every time we go there , there is not a problem. Maybe the rule changed. I am unsure. Got home and ate. The hoagies were good. This was not the first time service has sucked.

I tried them for the first time, just last week. I was surprised at how packed my Italian hoagie was and the roll was excellent too,. And they have real sweet peppers too. I'll be back to try their turkey hoagie too.

This is the first time I ordered Primo catering and delivery for an office luncheon. I was really impressed with the whole experience. The food ingredients were fresh, of high quality, the portions were generous and it was all packaged with care. Everything tasted amazing! It's the first time we didn't have any leftovers. I will definitely order again-Mark's customer service is top notch!

This is a great location! Mark and the crew do a fantastic job! The sandwiches are always made properly and to spec! The people are friendly as well so that’s a bonus. I highly recommend this Primo location and my recommendation doesn’t come easy!
