Starbucks

This store is supposed to be open at 5am. This morning, I pulled in at 6:30 and they still were not open. I waited approx 10-15 min, while sitting in the parking lot talking to other customers that were NOT happy either. AND, there have been several Friday mornings that I have gotten there around 5:40am, and they are NOT open. Apparently this store does not have a competent store manager and does not have a care in the world if they are not open when they are supposed to be. The sign on the door clearly states they open at 5am every morning! If you don't have responsible employees and your excuse is that "they didn't set their alarm" (was told this by the employee that finally answered the phone at 6:40 this morming), then this store is very poorly managed, and you need to change your hours since you can't get it together and open when your supposed to!!! GET. IT. TOGETHER!

Very very upset customer!!!!

Initially, this Starbucks branch was impressive, with friendly staff, delicious beverages, and a competent manager who ensured everything ran smoothly. However, over the past month, the quality of service and drinks has declined. For instance, one of the employees accidentally left the microphone on while discussing personal matters, including someone she seemed interested in, and didn’t even acknowledge it. To make matters worse, when we attempted to pay with a $50 bill, the worker treated us with disdain, questioning the bill's authenticity. I pointed out that the note clearly states it is legal tender, which should indicate its validity. Additionally, the drinks we've received have been excessively watered down. It shouldn't be difficult to treat customers with respect; after all, the customer is always right. As someone who works in retail, I strive to provide excellent service regardless of my mood or the customer's demeanor. Will DEFINITELY NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION ID GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE I AM TREATED BETTER THAN A CRIMINAL

Great coffee, delicious treats.

if i could give zero stars i would. ordered two drinks and a food item. got the first drink and my food in 10 minutes and never got my second drink. i waited awhile to ask because there were only two people working. 30 minutes later and still nothing so i ask and i wait 10 more minutes. i get my drink and its not made with the nondairy i asked for and paid for. thank god i asked or else i would have been screwed over. 10 more minutes and my drink is finally made hopefully correctly.

The drinks are inconsistent. This was meant to be a coffee with a splash of cream, but the measurements are all over the place. You never know what kind of quality you’ll get, and for the price, that’s unacceptable.

Drive thru employee was very rude and My drink was made incorrect.

I love the iced espresso without 2% milk. I only ask for a "splash of half&half and no sweetener(I have my own and sometimes they put it in for me and other times like this evening they tell me "I can not do that" despite the fact it has been done many many times before without question) I have had to have them re-make many of my iced expresso's because they "dump" in to much half & half. They often do not have iced lemon loaf and I no longer go thru drive thru because it moves to slow and my drink is not as I like it so that means going inside

I love Starbucks I love their drinks their food everything but this Starbucks has the angriest employees I've ever seen at any Starbucks. I just started going to this one and I've gone in three times now and it's usually the same two girls slightly younger both with dark hair and they are just so angry all the time. I tried to crack a joke and they flat out ignored me and the other one just gave me a nasty look zero small talk just miserable. Definitely puts a damper on the whole place. Like there's tons of jobs out there if you hate yours that much just go get a different one and stop making it miserable for everyone else
