Time and time again this Starbucks location has proven to be the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I’m never coming back and I’m honestly consider never ordering starbucks ever again. Starbucks used to care about customer service and quality of their drinks but they’ve fallen so far down it’s actually insane. I usually don’t go to this starbucks because no matter what time of day I go, there always seems to be a line. Today I gave in as I was craving a brown sugar shaken espresso. I put a mobile order in. I got to the drive thru lane and there was no line, one person was at the window and I was happy cuz I thought I was going to be able to get my drink quick and get out of there. I proceeded to had to wait in line for about 8-10 mins. When I finally got my drink, they forgot my cold foam. Told the barista, and what did they proceeded to do? Dump some of the drink and added the cold foam, which mind you looked like watered down cold foam. So the barista gave me back my brown sugar and it was stark white with no presence of any espresso whatsoever. I tasted and to no surprise at all tasted like straight up milk. Had my drink remade, still tasted like ass. I’m tired of wasting my money on Starbucks. Never again.

They’re always doing their best and doing what they can. I remember their line was so backed up over the summer, one of the workers came out with a tablet to take orders to help things go faster. The people there are always kind, working hard, and doing their best. Today though, I got a sweet message on my cup today which I haven’t had in quite some time. Normally this happens at the fruitville pike Starbucks so it definitely threw me off guard and was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for always working hard, Starbucks

I spend time in several Lancaster County Starbucks. The Lititz location is the worst. Most of the staff spend time gossiping and laughing leaving the actual work to one or two. While Starbucks advertises in-house ‘real’ cups and in-house refills, this location has never asked if I would be dining in. Many times the display cases are empty. While this location is nearest my home, I will often drive a considerable distance to visit other Starbucks.

The service is honestly sad. Some of the staff we’ve encountered are rude and not inviting. Multiple orders we’ve ordered have been made wrong and they’re not kind when asked about it. We rather just go to the Starbucks in Target to have a better experience and correct orders 😕

The overall experience is great. When I had gone in the morning, there was no line and I had gotten my drink really quickly. Starbucks has really good macchiatos, I would recommend the caramel macchiato. When I had gone through the drive-thru it was also very quick and easy, there was no one else in the drive through either. (This was around 5:30pm during the week)

I recently visited Lititz Starbucks and was unfortunately disappointed with the service. While I understand that staff are working hard... And they were helping drive thru I guess because I was the only customer inside...., my experience was slow and the barista I interacted with was unfriendly and inattentive.
I placed an order through the app and arrived 10 minutes later, but still had to wait an additional 5 minutes before receiving my drink. The app shows it ready.
I even spoke with the manager, but I left feeling like nothing would change.
I'm a once a week Starbucks customer and always appreciate the friendly and efficient service I receive there. Unfortunately, that was not the case... Sharing so you can beware if you're in a hurry or expect the app to be accurate.

The staff is fantastic and responsive to my requests. It is one of the best Starbucks I have made home over my thirty years of drinking their coffee.
I have two suggestions:
1. Keep the music volume as background not distraction.
2. Get the Wi-Fi working. It has been two weeks since I have been able to connect.

This store is supposed to be open at 5am. This morning, I pulled in at 6:30 and they still were not open. I waited approx 10-15 min, while sitting in the parking lot talking to other customers that were NOT happy either. AND, there have been several Friday mornings that I have gotten there around 5:40am, and they are NOT open. Apparently this store does not have a competent store manager and does not have a care in the world if they are not open when they are supposed to be. The sign on the door clearly states they open at 5am every morning! If you don't have responsible employees and your excuse is that "they didn't set their alarm" (was told this by the employee that finally answered the phone at 6:40 this morming), then this store is very poorly managed, and you need to change your hours since you can't get it together and open when your supposed to!!! GET. IT. TOGETHER!
