Went to get the spongebob meal and the line was ridiculous and it seemed the crew didn't even care, the woman at the window was having conversations and had earbuds in. One lady had to give a fingerprint and through her glove on the floor.... They did not fill up our drink, our fry was only half filled. This place shouldn't have a 3 star rating...

Krabby Patty meal. The patty was thick and juicy with a little zing. Unfortunately they were sold out of the pineapple Frosty that is part of the meal. I will be going for round two before the deadline, I want the whole experience with the pineapple Frosty.

Slow and dirty. Waited over 30 mins in the drive thru for missing food and cold fries. When I had to go inside to ask for my missing items, it was disgusting. There were so many fries and nuggets on the floor in the kitchen area

This is from a past employee, I miss working here with nice people but it went bad. Main manager is strict and always rude to everyone. Employees are usually young teens or are good but mistreated. They took away free food meal breaks, also they close the ice cream machine's early at night for some reason. The food is best when new but omg it does take a while and that location always gets orders on doordash so it does it get to get orders out.

My family of 3 were looking to complete the frosty frights kid meals set. Between this Wendy's and State road Wendy's we were able to collect all of them. My husband and daughter got 1 ultra rare one which was a blue Brrr Beast. I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff that help us complete our set and letting me switch them out or going to the back to see if you guys had the ones we needed. I'm truly happy with every Wendy's I go to. The staff is always polite, friendly, and positive. The restaurants are always clean and organized. Our food is always hot. So thank you Wendy's for having not only the best place and employees but for having hot 100% beef thick patties.

We had put in a mobile order 10 minutes prior, then waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes once we arrived to get our food. There were only 3 vehicles ahead of us. We waited for 10 minutes at the window alone, and there was still some food missing. The staff at the window was nice, but the service was unbelievably slow.

On top of the 20 minute wait to take my order there was an additional 20 minute wait as lady/guy at front counter opened 6 sandwiches on peoples trays to make sure it wasn’t given to someone else . During this manager is in sandwich station cursing at employees because “she is running a business and doesn’t have time for regards .” Absolutely the worse fast food experience ive ever had . If I were the undertrained employees I’d tell the ignorant manager I’m done

Every time I’ve come to this Wendy’s I’ve been told (oh our microwave isn’t working, our ice cream machine is broke, our system is down we can’t take orders) I’ve come here 5 times and same thing every single time. They should shut this place down

We waited for at least 10 minutes before they took our order, with only one person in front of us. The fries were cold, the bacon on the crispy chicken blt was almost black and very crumbly, it seemed like they scraped it off the bottom of the fryer. Also, all of the tables were dirty and had not been bussed in a while, there was a puddle by the drink fountain, and trash on the floor.
