We just finished eating here. Celebrating our 19th anniversary. The food and service were absolutely amazing. We had the Prime Rib, and the Filet mignon with crab cake on the side. We will definitely return again.
Got to have dinner there just last evening and it was fantastic! Tried a wagyu steak for the first time and it was perfectly done and so flavorful! Garlic beans were so tender and yummy. Yukon potatoes were a little lacking in flavor but the rest made up for it. Our server Ty was very kind and helpful!
Good food Great Serviceš Thank you, Hailey
Great food and great service
If you didnt eat here, you went to the wrong place. Drove an hour to eat here and it beats any chain steakhouse hands down! Everything was perfect. Will definitely be back. The entire staff was amazing.
I had the battered haddock dinner. It hung over on both sides of the plate. It was very good, I had fries and rice also. Everyone liked their food and it came out hot.
Went as a family to the AYCE crab legs on 6/08/25. Party of 6, 3 out of six ordered the AYCE, 1 ordered the cowboy ribeye and 1 ordered the NY Strip. 7 year old child was ordered the surf and turf kids meal. Meal and food was good. Waitress was good.
However we shared a few crab legs (not clusters) and shrimp with the 7 year old. Two employees Iām assuming managers came over to advise that we were not allowed to share the food with 7 year old.
The issue that I have was lack of communication that there was a kids option for the AYCE meal and that it apparently took two staff members to inform us of their policy. One staff member would have been sufficient. After being spoken to by one individual on the left side of a table, the one on the right started in on the table. We were not belligerent or disrespectful to the staff members, however after being spoken to by one and then what felt like berated by the other definitely was a bit overkill.
I understand policies have to be in place but they need to do a better job of communicating those said policies.
I still recommended Old Trail, however I feel that two managers to inform a table of a policy is a bit overkill.
20th anniversary dinner was delicious. Beer was very pricy and some kids that were sat near us after we got there were pretty noisy during our meal but it was good experience overall. I would go back!
Crab legs and shrimp are good but could probably come out hotter. Nect time there I will try steak. I hear they are fabulous.
Food was a 2 Service a 3. Ordered the wild caught shrimp and rice. Since we arrived at 4:40 it was obvious I got the swollen leftover steam table over heated and obscenely seasoned salty rice from closing on Thursday. I sent it back and got in its place a micro order of fries. I asked my server if I could get the fries unsalted. She said sorry they all salted at once. She came back 3 minutes later and told me sorry for the wait but the next batch is still in the fryer. So they couldnāt just scoop me an order before they salted?, lol I guess not. My wife got fried shrimp asparagus and fries. Asparagus was grossly over salted, soggy and over done. Add 12 wings 2 club sodas and one piece of shoe fly cake and a gut ache that was $80 not including tip. You just get the feeling they donāt know what they are doing and frankly they donāt care. All business to them.

My husband and I go here often. We have never had a bad experience! Always great food, drinks, and environment!
First time here and everything was great, excellent food and service
Have gone for their AYCE crab legs and shrimp nights. The first time was really good so tried again recently but things went horribly wrong despite doing what I should as a customer. I called the day of to confirm they were having the AYCE and got a 'Yes' then proceeded to make the reservation online as instructed and even put a note that it was for 'crab legs' for an hour after the AYCE was to start. We had an almost hour drive to the restaurant. Once we got there and informed them of our reservation, they told us that they weren't having the AYCE because they ran out of crab legs and had informed the manager to call all the customers with reservations but they actually didn't know if the manager would even call anyone and clearly their system doesn't allow for any of the staff to have the information to call or inform customers. I got no call before or while I was driving. This is such bad customer service and they should have known they didn't have enough crab legs to get through the entire day when I called around noon the day of. They had very poor planning for a normal weekly special. Then they actually were able to do the AYCE on Wednesday for New Year's Eve. Seriously? Like I was going to risk again to put in a reservation on a holiday and travel again an hour away when they couldn't have it on the night it had been for months but apparently unless they post about their 'specials' for the day on Facebook you can't trust anything they say over the phone.
