There is a reason this place is always packed. The food can’t be beat and the ice cream is always amazing. I wish they were open year round.

You can make the best burger or ice cream in the world and yet no one will come if you treat your customers like trash. For the past couple years I’ve tolerated Susquehanna Soft Serve’s mistakes, hanging up on callers when they’re too busy, but the way they have treated us has gone too far. There’s never an apology or an effort to correct the behavior. I’ve seen the owners treat people like this as well as employees so you can’t blame it on lack of training. They’re enabling if not encouraging this culture. Thanks, but we’re done there. I know one person boycotting a place doesn’t make an impact, but I’m still done with that place…

These guys are AWESOME! My mother screwed up on ordering a sandwich for me and these guys fixed with NO issue! Please make sure you stop in and try the pumpkin and peanut butter ice cream when they have it as a feature flavor....two of my personal favorites!

Have passed this ice cream stand many times on my trip from NC to NY and finally stopped today. Deluxe cheeseburger, classic twist, and the biggest pupcup I have ever seen. Folks were friendly, the ice cream was super creamy, and the burger was a lot better than I expected. The lettuce, onions, and tomatoes all tasted super fresh. There are picnic tables and I would suggest eating there. I ate my ice cream and thought I could drive and eat the burger, but that was a mistake. It was too big and messy (in a good way) to eat and drive. Photo of my dog living his best life. Prices felt reasonable, too.

This place has the best ice cream at a reasonable cost. The fries are hand-cut and fried to perfection. They can get very busy, which may increase wait time, but well worth it.

We were visiting from TX, and Daughter introduced us to this place.. WOW...it's soo good with so many choices and reasonably priced. It reminds me of memories from years ago when times were a little slower.

Great ice cream!!

Awesome place to grab a burger, onion rings and a milkshake! Despite how BUSY it is (lots of hungry customers) things move swiftly along. Customer service is awesome. Atmosphere is very accommodating. Food is SUPER DELICIOUS ?

Let a disgusting low life creep but ahead of me and when I said something he threatened me and management said nothing just laughed place is crawling with low life scum bags

A treat amongst treats. Be it the pizza burgers that reminds me of my youth or the hand dipped wonders but for me I often get excited about there weekly soft-serve flavor special!
