First off 3 employees at the counter, 2 of which were managers, were literally fighting over customers orders, do I need to say people waiting in line were not thrilled to be hearing this? Then when our order of pancakes came out they were hard, one not even edible! Another thing whoever designed this "NEW" Burger King apparently had no idea what they were doing, who ever heard of a fast food restaurant with a single person bathroom?! And that is just one of many design flaws. I'm highly disappointed in this new remodel and doubt if I'll be back any time soon, if at all!
