On 12/17/25 I placed an order through the drive thru.
After getting home, I noticed items from my order were missing.
So I called to see if I could come pick it up at a later date, and they offered to mail me a voucher to replace the food that I paid for and didn't receive.
Still haven't received anything.
I have nothing against KFC, their food is always great.
My complaint is towards the employees working that night that took my call, and didnt follow through to make things right.
I understand things like this happen all the time.
They told me they couldnt take my name for me to pick it up later, but they can take my address to never send the voucher?
Make that make sense.
Seems to me the place needs to replace some employees.

I’ve gone to this location 3 times in the past year at different times of the day. Every time they were out of extra crispy chicken. I said I’d wait. The second time after waiting a half hour I drove home to notice no coleslaw so I drove back to get it. Frustrating… but the last time was the most frustrating of all! No extra crispy so I say I’ll wait. They hand out lemonade that I had ordered and asked us to pull into the driveway and wait until our order was finished. When the twenty minutes was about out they come out and say they are out of coleslaw. I want coleslaw when I go to kfc!! I say I just want a refund and my husband goes to hand back the lemonade and the girl tells us to keep it. Which after waiting that long you think it’s the least they could do. On our way home I notice I was not refunded for the lemonade. So I go and say I want a full refund and the manager refused to give without giving back the lemonade which I did. She immediately threw it in the trash in front of us. I did say thanks for letting us know ahead of time about being out of coleslaw too because after the last few times I admit I was frustrated!! Then after leaving again I noticed she didn’t give back my receipts to prove my refund. So again I went back. I wanted proof I was getting my refund. She would not come to the window for about ten minutes to give me my receipts back. I ended up calling twice to just get them. No answer. Way to be professional and to take care of a customer. But like I told her I won’t be back.

Since they added the new menu items, everything and I mean everything has been spot on, the workers at the lock haven kfc are throwin it down. Also open till 1am with doordash!! Shoutout To the worker named Nehamiah he was quick and helped me get what I wamted!

I got over $50 order they messed it up gave me the wrong chicken tried to call back they wouldn't answer the phone next day said they'll send me coupon out I waited2 weeks to get a coupon for only $30 when was over a $50 order SMH

Recently this store has gone downhill. Consistently messing up orders, forgetting sauces, or missing entire combos. Between drive through, or door dash, I'd recommend going inside to order your food to ensure you're getting what you paid for.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to KFC. I placed a large order, excited to enjoy my favorite fried chicken. However, when I opened my order, I was shocked to find that several essential items were missing.
My order was incomplete, with no straws, drinks, or KFC sauce - which are crucial components of the KFC experience. It's unacceptable to forget such basic items, especially when I've paid for them. The lady at the window had no idea what she was doing. Just flung my order out the window carefree without doublechecking.
The food quality was decent, but the overall experience was ruined due to the missing items. I hope KFC will take steps to ensure accurate orders and provide better customer service in the future.

Every time we order online we go to pickup at the time we are told to we end up waiting another 30 minutes. Very upsetting and discouraging.

Thank you...so very much!! Whether you order inside, or go thru the drive thru, the employees here are ALWAYS very patient and pleasant to order from! And ALWAYS with a smile! Another + for this establishment is we have placed orders, again both inside or thru the drive thru and WE HAVE YET TO HAVE AN ORDER BE WRONG! I cannot count how many times we go the drive thru at other restaurants in our area and we are either missing part of the order or it is just wrong....oh, or one of the drink machines are down...AGAIN.
Thank you so very much! It's worth the extra 20 min to get there and back! ;)

Parking: Have a parking lot, and plenty of street parking if necessary.

Kid-friendliness: Always pleasant with our kids, when they were young, took time to chat with them for a minute or two, while we waited on the order...and now that they are older, polite with a smile! Never impatient! Thank you! ;)

Cozy little KFC with awesome food & great staff! Always friendly as ever.

Parking: They have their own parking lot that is medium in size but is never filled and always has a spot for more cars

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly with seating appropriate for kids

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to use a wheelchair from the parking lot into KFC through the front door
