Shanghai Chinese Restaurant

I'm a regular at this place and it's always been perfectly seasoned and amazing but today everything from the cheese wonton to the hot and sour soup was flavorless. I don't know if there's a new cook or what but please go back to the seasoning/flavor. I hope it's better next time I order.

I found a worm in my rice

My many experiences at Shanghai Chinese Restaurant have always been phenomenal. I’ve never had a bad meal from there! It’s always so good and my favorite spot to eat at or order from in town. Customer service is always excellent and you really can’t beat the price either. I love Shanghai Chinese Resturant!!!

Placed an order and was told it would take about 45 mins to deliver. An hour goes by from when I placed the order so I called to check on it and was told deliveries were done due to snow (flurries). I asked if the order I placed an hour prior was going to be delivered they said yes. 45 mins later we still did not receive our order. I called again and heard them discuss in the background how they misheard something with our order. They did not address or explain anything about why our order was so late or where it was but then said it would be delivered in 10-15 minutes. I asked if the food would be cold considering I placed the order 2 hours ago and they said no it’s good- have a good night.

I've ordered from here well over 100 times and usually love this place but after tonight I don't think I'll be going back! I ordered a sweet and sour chicken and the rice was so over cooked it was just gross and the chicken was hard as a rock so I called them which is something I NEVER do! I just explained the problem and was saying sorry a million times! I told them I'm fine with whatever they wanted to do as far as remaking it or giving a refund and the girl (The white girl with black hair) that's up front of was so beyond rude! She asked me to hold on then I heard her say this lady is complaining about your food in the rudest attitude ever and when I came in to get the remake she was literally staring me down with the dirtiest looks ever as i walked in and as i walked out!! Not to mention they never once said sorry for the mistake! I get shit happens but this is NOT the way you handle a mess up! I can understand being rude if the person is but I was being so beyond kind about it And I literally said sorry a million times! They made me feel horrible for just wanting food that I PAID for and could actually eat!!
