Terrible place I have never been treated so portly over the phone how does this company still have this person answering calls my man needs to go through some call training. Very unhappy with how rude and unprofessional this place is!

Called to ask if FedEx picked up from them. They do not, gentlemen attempted to tell me where I could drop it off. I tried to explain the situation on why I needed to use FedEx as that's the label I was given from a company I am working with. He interrupted me and told me he didn't need to hear my problem. Kinda confused on the guys manners. Was willing to guide me to where to drop it off but cuts me off while I'm trying to explain my situation? Guess I'll go else where to ship things from now on.

Went to drop off / return packages older guy at the counter was rude and arrogant told him I’m returning packages for company I used to work for and told me that it sounded like I don’t know what I was doing and wasn’t helpful what so ever.

I needed help with a UPS label and the lady at the counter was nice enough to help me out by getting it printed to mail it out on time. I went to 3 other places before that basically just said no we don’t do that good luck. It really made my day someone was kind enough to help me! Thank you!

The man on staff ( I believe the owner) is so rude and unprofessional and they didn’t wear face mask! The owner “skinny dude with grey hair” practically was swearing and yelling at me and other customers and making very rude comments the entire time I was there. He talked to me very unprofessionally and was rude the entire time to not only me but other customers too! I would not recommend this business to anyone! I wish I could give them less then a star! He also did not tell me shipping two boxes less then under 2 pounds would cost me 89$! That’s just crazy and ripping people Off.
