Male manager with blonde hair was very rude at the drive-thru. He refused to sell me a large cup of water for some reason. I was going to PAY for the water and he refused very rudely. I dont understand the issue he had with SELLING a large cup of water. Not to mention he forgot the sauce for the nuggets.

The employees ignored customers who were waiting in line, the bathroom did not have any toilet paper, I was charged for an upgraded drink but ordered and had a regular fountain drink. It took 10 minutes for an employee to take our order, and an additional 17 minutes for the food to be ready. Multiple groups were waiting for their food but the employees focused only on the drive through. They forgot to give my daughter her Frosty that we ordered. The beverage machine was not producing ice and the drinks were warm. No one ever apologized for the delay in the food delivery and employees avoided eye contact with customers. This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had.

Ordered on doordash a taco salad and don't get the main ingredients amd that is the chili. Won't order again from here.

Service is always really quick and the folks are friendly.
The one on Union Blvd is always packed, slow and the workers seem lazy. Not all the workers but most. It has changed so many times growing up; that now I wouldn’t take my kids to that specific one.

they gave me the wrong sandwich i ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me a bacon burger and the whole time i was waiting for my food everyone was screaming at each other carrying on and laughing behind the counter
