Malt is not served as an additive for shakes.It was almost as if our party of 4 was inconveniencing the staff by being there.

First time stopping in and last !saturday 12-30-2023 waited at counter for 5-6 min while employees played yelled and carried on in back but no one came out.great way to run a business!

Not impressed. Nothing special about it and it was expensive, 95 cents per topping and you get very little topping. You don't even get whipped cream thrown in.

Took my kids here as a treat since it's close by our house, and we were all super disappointed. They do not offer samples, the kiddie cup is literally the size of a dang sauce cup. (maybe 1-2 TBSP in size) and the Ice cream tasted off and was not good at all. In all honesty we probably won't go there again.

I've been eating Carmen's ice cream for over 20 years. It was all my family would buy because it was the best. Sadly, the new owners changed the recipe and it tastes horrible now.It has an odd texture that's inexplicably bubbly. It doesn't even have a fraction of the same taste. It is a completely new product profiting off the established Carmen's name. Also, it gave me an allergic reaction.I have never in my life had an allergic reaction to ice cream before. It really makes you wonder what all they added to it.If you're wondering why your tongue feels funny and is suddenly swollen, it's the ice cream. They don't even have an ingredient list on the ice cream containers sold so really who knows what is in there.
