Thank you so much to Ryan’s Deli! We’ve always loved this deli but they really came through today. My husband ordered a 4ft hero to be picked up today. After this crazy snowstorm and so many people without power we had no idea if they would still be able to make it. Not only did they make it, but it was ready early. Thanks Ryan’s!
I have had countless issues over the last several years. staff repeats order back multiple times yet still can not make sandwiches correctly. you order a sub and get a hard roll. every few months I figure, give them one more try. never again. Making sandwiches isn't rocket science. their excuse is "training new staff" Please train them how to read an order correctly. 0 stars, would not recommend.
If you call ahead you still have to wait in a line if people that didn’t call in so if you order a hit sandwich plan on it being cold. Makes no sense to call ahead if you have to wait for others that ordered as a walk-in the workers were rude about it too. What is the last thing you want a customer to leave as, yup pissed off no lunch order and they lost a customer. Fix the problem and tryouts won’t.
