I ordered the filet mignon skewers with green tomato kimchi and peanut gremolata. This was amazing!!! I’m not a kimchi fan but our server assured me it was pickled tomatoes but not kimchi, per se. She was right!! Served on a bed of lettuce, it was wonderful!!! However, this is a light meal, just right for how I was feeling but plan on a starter or desert if you very hungry or a big eater. My wife ordered waffles and chicken. Let me say, wife runs a B&B and has a reputation for making delicious breakfasts. So, when she says the maple pecan butter waffles (a special) were amazing, you can trust it to be true!!! The chicken was crispy if a little bland/under-seasoned but both dishes were 8 on a scale of 1-5. We’ve decided to stay at the resort a couple days so we have an excuse to come back soon!“

“Magnificent food ! Wow the best Mediterranean I have ever eaten ! I travel throughout the Middle East and this is by far some of the most exquisitely prepared food I have ever had ! “We have driven across the country to show our amazing French Bulldogs at the national fair grounds of Allentown. Across the parking lot we were thrilled to find a fantastic farmers market. It is truly full of amazing treats of every kind and every ethnicity. We were incredibly lunch to find FOODS OF THE MEDITERRANEAN yesterday. The owners were in the middle of every part of this place. These two were cooking, talking, selling, serving and best of all for us entertaining.Their ingredients are obviously fresh and everything is prepared daily, fantastic!!!! We had a collection of salads l, they have so many to choose from. We also had moussaka and gyros. So Yummy!!! They gave something for everyone including vegan, vegetarian, halal and everything you can imagine. Also the best Turkish coffee ever. Love the place and love them.“

Plus it's even offered through many local farmbox delivery sites. It cooks and crumbles perfectly and works in all recipes. “Hard to believe this place could get any better... but between Johnny and his chef Evon they somehow outdid themselves with adding a ribeye cheesesteak to the menu! The cheesesteak is the perfect amount of meat, cheese and onions topped on a fresh Toasty Corropolese Sesame Roll! I have honestly never had a bad meal at Toscos Pub... the cheesesteak just adds to their already amazing menu!“

“toscos is one of my favorite restaurants. they are just amazing, the owners and the staff i came in late and they're cleaning up, and they maybe a kid spaghetti, they were just amazing. Breakfast is always good and reasonably priced although it tends to be crowded. I had brunch here today not to crowded and service was good. Food was excellent for everyone in my group. “Madeline's is a great, affordable choice if you're looking for a lovely venue for a special event! We held our wedding ceremony and reception (for 60 guests, but they can accommodate more) in the restaurant’s upstairs banquet facility. From the start of planning to the day of the wedding, both event coordinators provided incredible attention for every detail of the event: the timing and setup of the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and a special private area for the bride. The banquet facility is wheelchair-accessible, spacious, and has plenty of natural light. There’s also an outside terrace. We had a number of guests with different dietary preferences and needs, including one with severe food allergy concerns. The coordinators were especially understanding of this. Before we chose a menu or signed a contract, they made a special effort to contact the guest with food allergies, and asked specific questions to be sure the menu and venue would be safe. They helped us to feel confident that there wouldn’t be any problems from the allergens of concern, and they worked closely with us on a creative menu that everyone would enjoy. The food was superb! Both event coordinators were present on the day of the event. Everything ran smoothly, and we and our guests really enjoyed it! The entire staff was courteous and attentive, and it was a joyful, memorable day. We look forward to going back for dinner!“
