“Such a cute restaurant in the middle of a small town. I got a chance to speak with the owner today and he was telling me how they opened their doors in 2020 and weeks later they were mandated to close due to Covid- inspite of all the trials of 2020, the restaurant survived!The pies are made fresh in the restaurant. The ingredients are fresh, and their coffee is hot. I stopped in for a work meeting and they kindly brought me coffee and waited until after the meeting to take my order. I had a simple order, one BLT but, which was perfect- it was the first time I ate a blt in a restaurant where the bacon was not severely over cooked.The wait staff was kind and understanding. I did not feel rushed while I took up a table for a little more time than usual, had my laptop open for work while I waited for my food.This was a welcomed stop on a path a little less traveled- but one I will be happily making again.If you want some small town charm, take a stroll through Mahaffey to find this hidden gem, it's located right off of the 219.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking and entry is wheelchair accessible.“
