Scoops and Smiles Ice Cream & Water Ice is a popular spot known for its delicious ice cream and homemade water ice. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the location in Malvern offers easy and free parking. The establishment is closed on some national holidays, providing their staff, mainly high school and college students, time off to spend with family. Popular flavors include lemon meringue pie with pieces of Graham Cracker ice cream, and there are requests for more dark chocolate ice cream, no-sugar-added vanilla, and blue moon. The water ice is also a customer favorite, although it's often forgotten due to the delicious ice cream served before it.
