This place is a dump. Rooms are average, but they don't clean it unless you bet them to. Worst part is the Bistro, staffed by lazy people who don't care. Very limited and expensive menu. I paid $14 for an everything bagel, diet pepsi and cream cheese. On Thursday evening, the bistro was closed so I had to walk several blocks to a gas station to get something to eat. Never again.
Not a great stay here. First off. Planned to stay for two nights. Ended up only staying for a night. They over charged me right off the bat by $100, then never canceled the second night and got charged for that as well. The pictures are of the blood and other grossness that I found in the room. Went to the front desk and let them know and nothing was done about it. Was told the room rate was going to be adjusted and nothing was done. I will be going to cooperate to have this fix....read full review
