Location is perfect. The hotel is less than 15 minutes from the local attractions (Valley Forge, King of Prussia Mall), and right next door to a Starbucks and Chick-Fil-A. This is a great first impression. The lobby is nice, not the newest but very clean and attractive. The COVID-19 protocols were clearly in place; glass shields at the front desk, hand sanitizer literally everywhere including inside the elevators, and masks worn by everyone. Staff was professional and friendly....
Staff was super seesitive to cleanliness during COVID-era travel. The indoor and outdoor facilities were clean (pool was closed). Our hotel room was comfortable and clean and there were plenty of outdoor restaurants nearby for our two night stay. Proximity to Valley Forge was helpful during youth tournament downtime.
The staff here is downright amazing and Godsent. They make sure you're hydrated, give you recommendations to the best restaurants nearby, and even tell you about the area if you're moving to Malvern! The room was also very nice. The lighting was very nice and subtle that had dimly lit ceiling lights in the front of the room compared to other hotels with just lamps
