Met up with family for dinner at this restaurant because the location was convenient and the menu looked good. We waited 45 minutes for seating and an additional 45 minutes for our food. Drinks were not refilled and never saw the waitress while waiting. When the food arrived, no one got condiments and my order was the wrong chicken sandwich, the one sent out was plain chicken on a roll with a cold side of mashed potatoes. I ask the waitress, Haley,if my correct order could be brought out. The waitress walked away rolling her eyes and 10 minutes later appeared with condiments and told me to just put everything in the sandwich myself. I asked to speak with the manager who didn’t have a clue what was going on. He did offer to redo my sandwich but I declined. I decided to send the cold food back and not eat. The rest of my party was so disappointed with the dry/cold food and Lack of service. Disappointing!
