“A nice, friendly family business in Doy-town center. The ice cream is to die for, especially the seasonal pumpkin with buttery graham crackers, as it is homemade from Tanners Farm! So worth eating the ice cream here since the farm is quite a drive from Tanners. Also a nice post or pre County cinema treat! Def recommend!“

“This is a charming little hidden treasure of a shop, it has a sweet English country vibe, chintz cushions on the window seat, all baked good beautifully displayed. I’m vegan but not gluten free and am sometimes wary of gluten free baked goods but to my delight the sugar cookies were fantastic, lightly frosted and a substantial size. I never would have guessed they were gluten free. Perfect texture and sweetness. I was waited on by a charming baker who herself looked like she stepped out of a country garden. Very professional service, answered all my questions and made it a lovely experience“

The cheesesteak rolls are delicious to the point of ordering an extra one because you’ll be mad you didn’t get another one. The salmon rolls are, again, one of the reasons Chase’s is a little gem. It’s what makes Philadelphia a city claim passionately. This food is made with love and I love this food!“

Now i just drive by always wanted to stop but never did but I’ve always been curious so it’s 61 years old today. I had a couple of extra minutes and I stopped in and I must tell you I was very impressed, the food was very tasty portions. The place was clean and my server. Diane was awesome. “Franzone’s has my favorite pizza. It’s thin crust. It’s a sweet sauce. It’s delicious. They have a great menu although I love the pizza so much that I usually order pizza. They have a full bar. They have a parking lot. They have TVs which were all playing The Masters today. Bethany was our server today. She was friendly and attentive. We’ve been going to Franzone’s for over 20 years. They are celebrating their 70th year anniversary.“
