I have visited this location multiple times. I have ordered mobile pickup, drive through and walk in. The wait is always ridiculous and it isn't always reflective of the amount of customers they're tending to. My hot food has been cold and my cold items have been warm. Every. Single. Time. I truly hope they find a process that works to manage flow as I feel customer satisfaction might be tanking.

The past 3 times I've ordered a dozen donuts at this location, they are out of chocolate frosted with sprinkles and strawberry frosted with sprinkles. Every. Single. Time. and I don't actually find this out until after ordering and arriving to pick up the order. This past time after finding out I can't get these donuts, I went inside to make my picks from a slim selection. I was so excited for this Dunkin to open. Things were not great right away, but I figured they were still working out some kinks, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Things have not gotten better, if anything they've probably gotten worse. There seems to be no system for mobile orders, or any orders for that matter. I can't tell you the number of times I've been late to work because it takes so long to get your order...
