Have seen Bubbas on the side of the road a number of times fortunately this time I stopped. Got a pulled pork sandwich and brisket sandwich. Some of the best barbecue pulled pork and brisket I've ever eaten. We need to support small businesses like Bubba's, I know I will be the next time I'm up in the area.
Have been wanting to stop and try Bubba's BBQ and today had a chance. We ordered a brisket and pulled pork sandwich with sides of slaw and mac salad. Both were tender and favorable with generous portions on each sandwich. Only disappointment was ribs had already been sold out!!
