Got a kids meal, a Reuben, and a berry pie to go. Everything was great.

We went to Curt's with our families - 19 people and asked if we could sit in the back room. We were denied. They wanted us to sit at tables throughout the restaurant. Just a few weeks before, the family used the back room for a family event........No issues. I got a steak salad.........I have had better. My husband had the roast beef and it was fatty. My nephew had the steak and it was tough. Mom says her steak was tougher than shoe leather. As a family we all went to Bob Evans in Uniontown on Sunday and was a much more pleasurable experience. They provided us with good food and good service.

Salad bar was average, could've used more things like bacon, egg, mushrooms, etc.

Food in general is good. You only get 1 free refill on your soda pop, Im a big drinker so that was hard for me. I needed more to drink but didn't want to pay $3.55 for another refill.

Good food, we had a mix of breakfast and lunch and all three selections were very good. Our server Berta, was prompt and the food was prepared quickly. The atmosphere is typical diner, but is quite large and can seat quite a few people. They do have a lot of homemade baked goods available to purchase such as pies etc.

Parking: Lots of availalbe parking.

Our experience could be summed up by stating that there was a lack of "care". The wait staff stood around chatting with each other instead of cleaning off a table we waited for (we had a party of 6 and only 4 tables would accommodate a party of that size).

The ONLY highlight of our meal was the pie. Here is a rundown of the food our party had and their comments regarding it:
- I had an Italian sub (which had soggy bread) and onion rings
- Hager Burger which was dry and very bland and fries which were undercooked.
- 2 in our party had the cheesesteaks and onion rings - under-seasoned but otherwise acceptable
- Rueben which wasn't anything special
- Rib special - these were cold and to add insult to injury, when the waitress came over and asked how things were, she asked if the ribs were cold. She already knew! Then she asked if he wanted new ones or she could heat them in the microwave (which is what she ended up doing after being told he just wanted them hot). Even after that, he couldn't eat them as they were "disgusting".

The last straw was when I watched a couple come in at 7:30p (they close at 8p) and asked if they could sit in a particular booth. The waitress looked at the clock, rolled her eyes, and responded "I guess" with an attitude.

If this was a visit with just poor food, I'd be willing to give them another chance, but add in the service of an ENTIRE staff that just didn't care, now this place doesn't deserve my business. There is so much potential in this place, but until someone starts to care, it will continue to be terrible.

Took way too long to get food to table. Place was not busy. People that came in after us, got food first. Don't order cheeseburger, no flavor, very dry, cooked extra well done. Server never came back to check if our meals was OK. Left hungry.

One of my favorite country cooking restaurants. Lots of delicious home made food. Has an all you can eat buffet on Sunday.
