No matter what type of mood you are in when you walk in that door, she will always make it better and has you laughing before you leave. Hands down, the best Applebee’s location. We look forward to our weekly trips out there. It’s an absolute honor to considered one of Kari’s “regulars”. She is genuinely concerned if there is a week we don’t stop in, and will check in to make sure we are okay. This woman is an absolute asset to Applebee’s. “The salad bowl was amazing and I loved how I got to pick whatever I wanted to put in my salad. It truly made my first experience with them pretty good. The fries were really good as well. We also got a cheeseburger that he could make whatever way he wanted but it was really greasy and wasn't as good as other places. We will definitely be back for the salads and fries again. Oh and they have these amazing drinks made with pure cane sugar. I had the ginger ale and he had the black cherry. Both were really yummy.“

“Absolutely excellent! The drive thru wrapped around the side of the building, but it didn't take much time at all. We ordered online, so we spent minimal time at the speaker. The man working the drive thru was so friendly and energetic. I could honestly say it was the best service I've experienced in fast food. Mind you, we were there after 8 pm for the Krabby Patty meal that everyone and their mother was probably there for as well. We received our food in no time, and it was so fresh. The fries were burning my mouth because they were actually hot out of the fryer. I've never before had such fresh Wendy's. We went out of our way to go to this location, and we are so glad we did!“

“Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. McDonald's is not a gourmet meal, but this McDonald's has 5 star service. It is appreciated. Thank you.“

The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the ice cream is always fresh and delicious. Most recently, we tried the Superman Blizzard, and it did not disappoint! It was colorful, creamy, and packed with flavor—definitely a fun and nostalgic twist that brought back childhood memories. “We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"...... Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. “My usual order is a large vanilla cone. Nothing fancy, nothing complicated.I knew they were minutes (like there's more fingers on your hand than there were minutes till they closed) away from closing when I got there. When I got to the counter they told me that they were closed. I responded saying that I was only after a vanilla cone and I was paying with a card. They were awesome and I got my ice cream. I know they weren't thrilled for someone to walk in when I did, but they weren't rude or made me feel like they were irritated I was there. Even when they said they were closed it was in an apologetic tone.Thanks again guys.I've worked enough retail jobs and if you're going into a place close to closing time; as the customer you should be quick - know what you're after, uncomplicated - don't try to specialize, polite - they've been working all day and want to get home.“

“my favorite burger place. everything is different than the same old burgers. their seasoning is perfect. Staff is super friendly and the building has a great esthetic. We don't live super close so this is a treat but make it a point to go there when we can.“
