Sitting outside on a nice day is so nice! It's like being on vacation. Our waitress was so sweet in explaining a big party was about to put their order in and she was able to get our order in right away.

The food was wonderful and the service was very welcoming and prompt. We sat on the patio with a beautiful view!
GET THE TRAIL BUILDER AND FRIZ FRIES (I think they're called that)!! ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!
The bacon is the best part!
I will definitely be back!

We had lunch there this afternoon under the partially covered deck and it was unbearably hot! Some older patrons attempted to put their umbrella up, to which they were rudely told “we are NOT putting umbrellas up today,” with no other explanation.
We asked our server if the ceiling fans could be turned on, and he said he’d ask his manager. The fans were never turned on. He then walked past our table for the next 20 minutes without stopping in, presumably to avoid the awkward conversation that his manager said “no.”
Other guests were also commenting on how hot it was. Maybe it was too windy for the umbrellas to be put up, but I can’t image why she would refuse to let the ceiling fans be turned on. Either way, we likely wouldn’t return. The only redeeming point is that the food was good.

Really enjoy the food and the staff at the boathouse. They were wonderful and we can’t wait to come back.
Food is actually pretty good here, but the service is very terrible. I would honestly rate the food and atmosphere higher, because it is a nice looking place too, but the service has been so bad I don't want the overall rating to go any higher.

The patio feels like a vacation. Stop here for a great relaxing ambiance after a loop around or on the lake for great food and service. Usually, places with ambiance skip the quality, but not here!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan options. I have celiac and casein allergies and am always taken care of well!

First time here. The patio overlooks the lake and there was a nice breeze. My wife wasn't sure how their chicken salad would be, but the waitress brought out a sample for her to taste. It was really good. I had a cheeseburger. Freshly made a cooked correctly to medium rare. Onion rings were good as well.

My wife and I recently visited OTB for lunch, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. We ordered a smashed burger and a salmon sandwich. The burger was excessively salty, and the fries were soggy, making them inedible. I could only manage to eat half of the burger and left the fries untouched. My wife found the dressing on her salmon salad to be overly vinegary.
To make matters worse, our server did not check on us after delivering the food. When I mentioned the overly salty burger while paying the bill, the server was dismissive and did not offer any solution or compensation. She even confirmed with the cook that too much salt had accidentally been spilled on the griddle, yet no effort was made to rectify the situation.
This experience left us feeling that customer satisfaction is no longer a priority at OTB. We used to enjoy visiting this restaurant for its beautiful view, but the recent decline in food quality and service has been disappointing. We hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

Cool place to over pay for stuff that takes a while to make and even longer to serve. Sort of seems like a place that gets better as you go there more and actually no some of the staff. The chill vibes were nice but it would've been more chill if our drinks were served in a timely manner.

Food was good. View is nice. The wait was atrocious. I still think I prefer the one in the Southside, but this one has a nice vibe too. Tons of parking.
