Decent beer selection and they offer a few good vegetarian/vegan options. We typically come here after long runs / rides for small bites and a beer, nothing fancy. I don’t really have anything terrible or fantastic to say about this place. It’s pretty much your run of the mill food joint with a view of the lake. Service is not always the best and recently the host has been particularly miserable, making an old lady so upset that she flipped her the bird while walking to the table. It was a hilarious sight to see. On our most recent visit we asked for a rag from our server, telling her that the table felt sticky…and her response? “The tables are permanently sticky but I can wipe it again if you want.” We ended up wiping off all the crumbs and sticky mess for her with a water wipe and had a good laugh.

They waitress entered my order wrong, offered to correct it. Did correct it without prompting. Would go again.

The perfect place to grab a bite if you love the outdoors and eating al fresco! The pics are views from both ends of the lake.

This isn’t the worst restaurant in Pittsburgh - it’s the worst I’ve experienced anywhere.

Over one hour wait to get in.

Yet see how it’s half-empty.

Then waited 50 minutes for food.

Even then, they only brought out meals for 3 of the 4 people at our table.

Not to worry, they’ll bring out those chicken tenders for the child missing their dinner - which took more than 40 minutes.

Check out the table that nobody bothered to clean for over an hour.

No soap in the toilet so can’t expect your kitchen staff or server to wash hands.

This is the place to be at North Park! The food is fresh and unique (check out the Dirt Rag Delight) with direct connections to the surrounding park.

In the summer, you can sit outside and enjoy a peaceful view of the lake. In winter it is nice and cozy as you warm up to some hot soup and a tall draft.

Always a treat.

Great view and atmosphere. Didn't expect the food to be so good but it was amazing. I am GF and the Chicken Chimichurri bowl was delightful.

Food, environment, service - all great. The restaurant was very busy but we were seated at an outside table immediately. Our server, Lex, was so attentive and kind!
