“At this particular location for being way understaffed, I have to say I'm VERY impressed by the manager running it now. For being the ONLY one literally working, he keeps the place exceptionally clean, tables floors, bathrooms and food prep station as well. And not only that, he greeted us with a smile, welcoming attitude, didn't show how stressed and exhausted he was and gave the best service I've had in a very long time.
I wish I knew your name bud, you deserve the recognition and respect that you so effortlessly earned. Keep up the hard work, I promise it'll pay off!!

“Four years ago we would drive to Cranberry because this store was painfully slow. I have visited twice in the last month and everything has been quick and correct. Staff are very nice and the food is always fresh. The updated drive-thru makes things faster and the drive up (to my amazement) was a 5-10 min wait, during the lunch rush. Highly recommend.“

“Such a fun diner and ice creamery! My husband and I went for ice cream the other day, and the flavors were out of this world— you have to get the key lime!! A few days later after attending an event at Scoops, we were able to try their food! We ordered a Greek Quesadilla and a Gyro, and it was incredible!!!! The veggies were so fresh, meat was cooked perfectly, and presentation was great. 100/10 would recommend!!“

“We went in for some fries at 11am which was right before the lunch rush began. It took a little longer than expected even though I know that they cook them fresh. As we ate them, I realized that most of them were hard while several were quite dark. I'm not particularly a fan. It would have been nice to get some different fries, but I didn't have time to say anything.“

Parking: It's in a strip with Panera and a few other food places, so you may be a little further away at peak lunch and dinner times.“

“Just went through the drive thru! It was close to their closing time, I just got off work from my job, so with nothing ever open after 11 pm. or 12:00 pm. I ended up there! The employees (2) were very polite & also made sure we had what i ordered. Some employees, by the end, like near closing time, usually rude or seem to rush through, and I would end up with everything that I would have ordered!

Wheelchair accessibility: It has plenty of ramps and wide doorways, so wheelchairs can get up on the curb, go in the doorway & the counters are a good height just so they are able to order on his on!“

Parking: The only problem I can talk about is the difficulty of getting out of the parking lot. This long johns is in a grocery store parking lot.“

“I ordered online for delivery from the Moon location yesterday afternoon. The ordering process was easy, delivery was quick, the driver was great and the food was amazing. I can’t usually gush over pizza place food, but everything was spot on! The wings were a good size and cooked great, the amount of sauce on them was perfect (mango habanero). My stromboli was exactly as I ordered it and most importantly, the portions in it were excellent. It was not skimpy by any means, but not so overstuffed I couldn’t lift a piece. “The team at the McMurray DQ is wonderful! I came in requesting about 25 separate orders for a takeout lunch for residents at my job. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. They separated and labeled all the orders, had all the drinks packaged nicely in carriers, and helped me get everything out to my car. Everyone was very friendly and didn’t make me feel like a bother at all. I would highly recommend this location!“

“The staff is excellent and very caring. They are the perfect business for that plaza, especially because it's near one of Allegheny Health Networks treatment centers.
