The regular French fries come in an overflowing boat and is a very good deal for $2.99 Being located near Erie, PA I wish they had a traditional "Smith's" hot dog that Erie is noted for. Staff is very friendly and helpful for suggesting popular items. Building is set up like a traditional diner and is in good condition and was a Burger King in the years before. Overall enjoyable food stop.“

I loved this place. the oversimplified menu and change in ingredients leaves little to be desired. my visit today left me with an incorrect order. and even though it was their mistake, I had to go back to the register outside to reorder and pay again. all while holding my other order and 2 little kids. after I told the worker that this was a horrible way to treat a customer, she smirked and told me very sarcastically to have a good day. my gift card couldn't be honored because they don't have the scanners anymore, and my food had everything that I didnt want on it. do better.“

I entered an atmosphere of complete and utter despair with the way these poor employees were treated by these disrespectful customers. My accomplice watched as a poor employee got ridiculed by a random man for no reason other than she messed up where they were meant to sit. Then, as I’m sitting, awaiting and anticipating my beautiful sweet Dubai Chocolate flapjacks, a couple sitting in the booth beside us decided to not just talk to each other and FaceTimed her friend at full volume while having a burping contest. Watching this was like being in a medieval torture method. At this point, I didn’t even want the flapjacks I had been longing for because of these distasteful people. I am so sorry, sweet IHOP employees that you go through this everyday. I can only hope that things get better for you. All of you. (By the way, the pancakes were delicious.)“

“I thought Uptown Browns was an excellent place to go and have a drink. The bartenders there are excellent and sweethearts I I I had a great girl was serving us and she was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this place to anybody that's cool with a local flavor and down to hang out with just anybody because we all get along better when we all do it together!“

“I recently had placed an order through the Sonic App. for delivery. Sadly it was missing over half of the order. The manager on duty was not able to rectify to situation. Today, I got a call from a new manager Will, he was great! Very sincere in his apology of what happened. Due to technical issues he was not able to refund my credit card and because I was unable to get to the restaurant myself, he actually drove 20 minutes to personally give me my full refund. He went way above and beyond to make things better and to repair opinion I had. We don’t get to that side of Erie often, but I am looking forward to stopping at Sonic the next we are near there.
