J's Mainstreet Ice Cream and Hot Dog Shoppe is a favorite little hot dog joint. This family-run business has great service and friendly staff. The food is tasty, cooked fresh, and made to order. The ice cream is off the chain, with a nice selection and variety of Hershey's ice cream flavors. The french fries are out of this world, the grilled cheese dog is solid, and the waffle fries are perfectly cooked. The family special is super easy. Prices are very reasonable. Customers can sit outside at one of the picnic tables, which is convenient. There was a steady flow of customers and a little bit of a line, but it went fast. It is very sad that Hurricane Milton damaged the business and the owners have decided to close.
