And that unfortunately, with COVID continuing on, is twice a blessing. Not only is HFT delicious and a real time saver - but, with many of us forbearing from much of our regular restaurant activities - it is a great COVID safe option.“

“I don’t even know where to begin! Working with Rania & her staff was so easy, organized, and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!!!! She catered our wedding at The Pennsylvanian. Early on in the process, Rania invited us to her home & sat down with my parents & me to discuss the type of reception we wanted. She was very thorough with everything... from decor, to meal options, to alcohol selection. When it got closer to our wedding date, we had an extremely detailed meeting where we discussed the timeline of the wedding... almost down to every 15 minutes. She worked with us on menu selections & was extremely flexible when it came to mixing & matching items. Then — this weekend — the day we had been waiting for! Everyone always says to “make sure you eat” at your wedding, and I was absolutely making sure I did that!! The appetizers were absolutely amazing. Rania’s staff made sure to find my husband and me to make sure we got to try some during cocktail hour. Honestly - I could have eaten just the appetizers and been full!! My sea bass was cooked to PERFECTION, and the filet that my husband ordered was incredible. In fact... I kept sneaking bites of his 😬!! I also cannot say enough about our cake. We had two flavors - double chocolate & white cake/raspberry filling. I am counting down til our 1 year anniversary to when we can eat it again!!!! It was delicious. So many of our guests said that it was one of the best meals they’ve had at a wedding, which of course, we were thrilled to hear. As for Rania’s staff, Rania was making sure everything went smoothly & it absolutely did. Sydney was there for the entire night & was so helpful. She kept us updated on when she was putting gifts back into the bridal room throughout the evening, and kept checking in to see if we needed anything. She was so sweet, and so were all the other staff members & bartenders. Our night was absolutely perfect, and working with Rania & her staff helped everything go so smoothly. “Waterfall Catering made me look brilliant! I had never heard of them or even been at any function that they catered - I literally picked them off of Google when the caterer I had previously booked, canceled my event. I had two weeks to find a replacement caterer for an upscale hot buffet lunch for a retirement party at our office. The food looked and sounded fantastic on their website, and the prices were extremely reasonable. I am so happy that I called them! Renee was great with communication and addressed all of our needs. Peggy and Crystal were our deliverers and servers. They were delightful! So pleasant, efficient, and helpful. They clearly care about their work. Now, for the food... We ordered filet with a mushroom demi-glaze, chicken marsala, roasted potatoes, grilled vegetable primavera in vodka sauce, broccoli, baby greens salad, Caprese mini skewers, and rolls/butter for 45 people. Everything was so fresh! The hot foods were hot, the cold foods were cold. Everything was packed with flavor and our whole office raved about the meal. Of special note, the filet was cooked to perfection and was so tender you could cut it with a fork! I haven't had a steak that good in a restaurant for years. The roasted potatoes were perfectly seasoned. The primavera in vodka sauce was incredible, and the salad was almost too pretty to eat. I could not be happier with my experience with Waterfall Catering and wholeheartedly recommend them. I will absolutely use them for future events. Thanks to everyone there for making me look good to my bosses. You are fantastic caterers!“

The employees had everything set up right on time and were very nice and helpful! From soup to nuts everything was delicious! I would recommend Heavenly Cuisine for any event! “We got married at the Mayernik on 11.14.25 and had the pleasure of working with Monteverde’s Catering! They had come highly recommended from the venue and from family member who had prior events that they had attended catered. We took an immediate liking to kelly at our tasting and all of the food we tried was delicious! The hardest part of the entire process was deciding what food we wanted for the wedding since everything was so good! We had a meeting with both our venue and catering before the wedding and it put me at ease that everything would be done for our day! At our wedding we had full plates of food, the most delicious food, and an amazing team! We loved our food and so did our guests!! And as a bonus, our cookie table was plated and they cut our cake! Kelly and her team are phenomenal and we could not recommend them more!“
“Jackie’s catering cooked the food for my wedding ceremony. She was incredibly professional and thoughtful throughout the menu planning process as well as flexible when the date changed last minute. She was able to guide me and my wife in how much food was needed per person and what variety to offer our guests. Our food was hot, ready, and organized when we received it. The food was exceptional and we received complements on it all night. We had all equipment necessary down to take out boxes for people to take food home! I will absolutely use this place again, and would recommend them every time.“

“AMAZING! I DJ weddings all over the country and I have found out over the years a venue is only as nice as the staff is. Salvatore's staff was incredible, they were on top of everything, thoughtful and helpful. I enjoyed working with them. Many times a catering staff overlooks the vendors, this was NOT the case here. After I set up and did a sound check I went over the flow of the day with Jenna and we were on the same page. The servers brought me a meal, I went to the bar and asked for juice to drink the bar tender asked me if I wanted a pitcher so I wouldn't have to keep walking to the bar. I hung a Custom monogram gobo in the ceiling to reflect on the wall, they got me a ladder and assisted me in hanging it. This venue is easily an 11 out of 10! the owners name is Vicky and she even called me and asked me if I wanted to store my equipment in the venue the night before the wedding because she knew I was traveling. I would recommend this venue to every bride in the Pittsburgh area and I can't wait to get back to Pittsburgh to DJ here again. Oh yeah, shout out to Vicky's husband for changing the power so my Speakers, Lights, Fog machine and sparklers were not on the same circuit. DJ Krazy T“
“Nick catered our wedding at Pittsburgh Botanic Garden this fall, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The food was absolutely incredible, and so many of our guests commented about how good it was (especially the butternut squash ravioli!). Nick is down to earth, very easy to work with, and helped us with so many of the details for our wedding day. We cannot say enough good things about Nick and his team, and you will not regret working with him!“

“Commonplea Catering was the catering vendor for the Heinz History Center. We still hear from our guests about the food and how tasty everything was. We wanted some seafood options at the cocktail hour and they were able to accommodate that outside of the passed appetizers we had. They had a tasting event a few months before our wedding where we got to try everything before choosing our menu options.“

“We (PTO) used Sprezzatura to cater our meal for teachers before our schools Open House, and everything was wonderful! Menu selections included: • Gemelli with Homemade Meat Sauce – twisted pasta served with a rich, slow-simmered sauce • Cavatappi with Creamy Pesto – corkscrew pasta tossed in a vibrant basil pesto sauce The food servings were plentiful, the aroma was inviting, and the dishes were bright, fresh, and full of flavor. You could truly taste the quality of the ingredients. Jen was excellent with communication throughout the process, making everything smooth and easy. We would definitely recommend Sprezzatura for your catering needs!“

“I work full time and am full time caregiver of elderly mom with dietary restrictions. I don’t have the energy to prepare 3 healthy meals a day 7 days a week that taste good. This is our 3rd week ordering meals from Pgh Fresh. No salt, no added sugar and low processed carbs are the restrictions. Meals have been great- individual meals can feed both of us usually- if I make a fresh salad to go with it. Mom’s glucose dropped. I highly recommend. Btw- Lemon blueberry chia pudding is to die for.“

“As a native-born Peruvian, I'm pleased to state that Pikeo Catering (formerly Pisko Catering) has the most authentic and delicious Peruvian food I've ever tasted in the Pittsburgh area. Honestly, everything I've ordered from Doris (owner and head chef) is outstanding. As a few suggestions, I recommend that you start by ordering the Peruvian national dish, fish ceviche, the tuna causa, the chicken aji de gallina and, for dessert, the cookie alfajor. After you fall in love with Doris's cooking, I suggest you continue to try different menu items each time you order, because it is all REALLY good! 😋“
