Mostly very good hot meals! Friendly service. Pay cash only. Excellent soups, usually 3 to 5 varieties to choose from each day. Mostly a variety of good pies to choose from. Small diner, but cozy. By the way, they do have daily specials.
Excellent home cooked food. Cozy little place, excellent service. Only drawback ( the minus star) is they take only take cash, but have an ATM inside. Stuffed cabbage, and soups are all homemade, and the liver and onions is perfect.

CLOSED as of April 30, 2018 - the sign out front reads "Thank You for 57 years" & the voicemail states their last day of business was the aforementioned date. It's a real shame this place has closed it's doors for good. This was a real gem of a place. Nothing fancy, just great home cooked food. Their "hunky hand-grenades" were always my favorite!
