Food was terrible. Fake burger. Flat bun. Bad taste. Chicken was dry. Worst fast food I have had in a long time. Restaurant was dirty and bathrooms smelled horrible!
Was handed ice cream up front after payment having waited 7 minutes in drive thru still waiting on burgers before driving off last night. Franchisee could care less, I'll be calling corporate w proof of how it also took me 30 mins of direct calling before someone answered last night !
Someone will get fired, I did it w country fair once ! But I'm supposed to come in for a refund to me card, why, so I can wait in like for that too ffs.
Was really pleasantly shocked today (10/22/23) when we stopped to redeem a coupon for a free ice cream cone that we got from the orthodontist in Meadville.
In the drive thru, after we were handed the free cone, the employee asked if I wanted a "puppy cup" when she saw our two dogs in the truck I had no idea what that was but I accepted. The girl quickly returned with two small containers with a bit of ice cream in each! ALL FREE!!

Dairy Queen offers fantastic ice cream and beautiful ice cream cakes, including ice cream cupcakes. While some workers may seem grumpy, they get the job done and can provide fantastic customer appreciation, like offering a free puppy cup for dogs. The place can be a little dirty and stickier than other DQs, but customers would still go again. It is always so busy with a long line inside. Some customers have noticed inconsistencies in specialty ice cream dishes, like the Reese's PB Cup Blizzard, with varying amounts of candy. The two cheeseburger is not recommended as the cheese was way too strong. Despite this, many have had good service and enjoyed the food, especially the ice cream like the dilly bar and the Oreo flurry mixed with m&ms, though cones have gotten too expensive. The restaurant also offers wheelchair accessibility. Parking is pretty big but not available most of the time.
