I was at the Vernon Place location on 10/7/25 and got a coffee and breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was not hot and the English muffin wasn't toasted and tasted stale. It was TERRIBLE! The 2 workers were leaning on the counter and playing on their phones. I called the downtown location and was told by the gentleman that answered that he has never been to the Vernon Place location and didn't know anything about them. I absolutely love French Creek Coffee! Everyone is so warm and welcoming, and they make me feel at home. Their BnB latte is my weakness. If you haven’t yet tried it, you MUST! As a gluten-sensitive person, I’m also thankful they now offer scones for such. Also, they’re DELICIOUS!
