We love this place! Yesterday was our second time there. We all loved our meals. Our picky Daughter said that they have the best chicken fingers she’s ever had 😄 We loved sitting outside Looking at the beautiful creek and watching the fisherman. We will absolutely be back again.
Wow am I glad we tried this place ! Crick side . Cool over cast day . Fisherman in the water. Our server was attentive. Food was amazing ! We started with charcuterie board, wings, but the highlight was the 15 oz steak we shared. Not your average cookie cutter steak house steak . Cooked to perfection. Our server Vanessa was wonderful ! Already talking about our next time.
The food was decent after a long day at Hershey Gardens; the view of the river was lovely; and our server, Kate, was the sweetest and incredibly attentive. But what makes this a two star review were the incredibly rude young women who were at the hostess station.
Two of three of them had their backs turned to the entrance while they were talking to each other. I see them look at myself and my family and nothing was said so I walked over to them. I politely asked one of the servers if we are supposed to seat ourselves and she looks me up and down like I just insulted her mama and said, “No.”
That was it. No follow up. So I ask a little more firmly and assuming that maybe she didn't hear me correctly, “I’m sorry, I couldn't hear you. Should we go back where we were standing or go in front of you all.”
Because I’m thinking that maybe we were doing something wrong so that's why they were getting an attitude. Another hostest looks at a pager and the main hostest is still looking at me like I'm not supposed to be there (which given my race and the area I was in, I was worried that it was about to be a problem). So I asked, “Do y’all work here,” and the same server said, “Yeah.”
“Okay, so should we follow you? And are you going to seat us?”
Still with the same attitude she said, “I’ll seat you,” while the other server side eyed me and I side eyed her back. I was going to just leave because the interaction was super uncomfortable until Kate showed up and eased my concerns. She was great, the food runners were really nice, but that hostess interaction kept me anxious. I get that people have rough days and things happen. But that intro was unsettling enough for me to make that my first and last time there.
Awesome table on the water - great view of the Yellow Breeches! These were the best nachos we've had; the pork was abundant and tender with excellent smoke flavor.
The food is always great, the staff are so welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend.
Best nachos and brews.
Wonderful beverages and food. Pretty location with great service.
Owner and staff are A++++
Fantastic service, atmosphere, and beer. Also, check out the pictures of the view! The owners are lovely humans. Highly recommended.
Great spot on Yellow Breeches for an after work cocktail or date night. We have never had a bad experience and the food is good! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered the lobster bisque for my Husband and I to share, served piping hot with the best crustoni for dipping. My husband got the pit chicken which he thoroughly enjoyed. I had the rib eye with garlic butter and sautéed whole onions. One of the best meals I have enjoyed out in a long time. Only disappointment was that they were out of Big Hill cider. This is our friends business and we love that CSI carries it. In CSI defense they will be closing for the season in a few weeks. Will always continue to return here.

Randomly decided to stop in based on a post my husband saw on Facebook yesterday, and I'm so glad we did! This spot is one of the most charming locations and restaurants I've been to in Central, PA. Such a special location.
The service was spot on and we really liked our waitress who was so sweet with ideas for foods, and quick to get our drinks and orders in.
The food was great. I had a southwestern salad with chicken, and my husband a special of land and sea (steak, mashed potatoes, and crab cake).
We will absolutely be back!

Really enjoyed our lunch here. We had some time between soccer games, and found this place. I could’ve sat there all day watching the creek water. Enjoyed the sweet potato cheese fries, the Cuban, southwest salad and bevs. Thanks for wait service, Cory B.

Great place located in a quaint and scenic area. The specials were the best! And, friendly staff giving you great advice on type of brews to try. The food was amazing. Was told chef makes his own tomato jam for the wygo sliders. Will definitely go again. Too bad only open Mar thru Nov.
