If you want pathetic service Please eat here as a customer I shouldn’t be getting an attitude for your negligence. Multiple items missing from my delivery called in and was given was blown away 😂

We’ve been ordering from here lately because the pizza is delicious. I had to call in when the app was having technical difficulties, and the girl on the phone was SUPER RUDE. I was trying to tell her about my address in a new development (they sent the pizza to the wrong address before), and a she told me she was too busy. Really??? You can’t be bothered with finding out where the pizza is going? You have to got to be kidding me. I’m a customer too!!!

I really wanted to like this Dominos but the quality just wasn’t there. The pizza crust was dry and bland like it had been sitting out for a while. Cheese barely melted and the toppings looked like they were just thrown on. I ordered extra sauce but pretty sure they forgot it completely. Everything was lukewarm when it arrived, not even close to hot. The garlic bread was hard, not soft and buttery like it should be. Even the soda was warm which honestly just added to the frustration. I get it’s fast food pizza but this felt lazy and rushed. I’ve had better Dominos before so maybe this location is just off. Not sure I’ll be ordering from here again anytime soon.

I have made a few recent take out purchases at this location-MY UPDATED REVIEW: While I was disappointed that they moved from their downtown Mechanicsburg location back in 2013, I will say that they still make excellent pizza and more at this location. This location, I love that they have a message board to add your comment of praise-which I did a few times, they also have available restrooms and a table to sit and relax-and eat there if you like, I did that once too. This Domino's location always makes my orders exact and delicious. Keep up your excellent work here. This Domino's is excellent in every way, in my book!

Their crust is the reason I like the crust now. The pizza is delicious and everything hits. The only thing wrong with the pizza is that it’s a little too greasy.

Walked into the store directly after work, trying to order pizza to take home for supper, and the manager started hassling me, saying I had to order online. Geewhiz, my laptop was at home.
I guess you can't go into a Dominos now and order food? That's crazy! I left without buying anything and will not be visiting Dominos again.

They charge you too much if you go in the store to order expect to wait like half an hour for your order one more the pizza was horrible cost of a very snotty at the register and slow I will not ever go there again.

I ordered New York style medium size pizza & chicken habanero sandwich. In my sandwich there is no enough sauce. We can’t able to eat that sandwich. I called to store also, they told one min. After that my call got disconnected.

Editing after 1 week, no response or no one contacted even after complaint. Not going to order again here.. this branch looks ready for closure with rude with poor service..Missing food, first time seeing this in years.. shame on dominos..never expected this. Called store, they say they can’t do anything.. no email or phone to get picture.. no customer support..
