It offers friendly service with workers who are nice and work together efficiently, often providing orders within minutes. The menu features delicious donuts and sandwiches, with popular items including hot and iced coffee, a French vanilla cappuccino, a strawberry dragon fruit refresher with a lot of flavor, and an awesome chai latte. Pastries like the raspberry stripped croissant are good, and the prices are reasonable. The location is convenient with a quick drive-thru, tons of parking, and plenty of seats inside for enjoying coffee and donuts. However, there is a recurring issue with DoorDash orders where straws for iced coffees are frequently missing, which is a noted inconvenience.
