Hattie provides exceptional service. Her breads are fresh and delicious and she always has a terrific variety. My favorite is the Belgian dark chocolate and morello cherry sourdough for the holidays. I love my small town baker!
If you haven’t tried Hattie’s sourdough bread yet you are missing out on a delicious treat. She sends out a menu every Wednesday advising what she is baking for Saturday pick up. I’ve tried most of them and they are all delicious. She also makes cinnamon rolls and sells pizza dough to bake at home. Do yourself a favor and get some.
