Always good... but beware it will give ya the Jersey Squirts. Proceed with caution NOT because it's bad. But because it tastes so delicious but will empty your bowels Jersey style. 😂

Kind of disappointed. This is the first time I had a Jersey Mike's super Sub Mike's way. To me it tasted the same as Subway. Nothing special about it.

Just had a Big Kahuna Cheesesteak. I've had the same sandwich in the past, and the amount of meat was good and the flavors were balanced. This time there was at least 30% less meat. Toppings and cheese outweighed the steak. I'm very disappointed and not inclined to return. For reference, the ticket # was 01-001447-99-188236.

Edit: I received a gift card for JM and decided to give the Big Kahuna cheesesteak another try on 12/29/25. This time, it was great. I hope my last experience was an abberation.

Very fast customer service. The sandwich was right on point. Great flavor and toppings were very fresh. Will be going g to this location alot in the future.

Incompetent, bad attitudes. Won’t be going back.

Girl working the grill handed me the wrong sub, not a big deal mistakes happen. When I brought the sub back into the store, she said that I had “taken“ the wrong sub, insinuating I suppose that I had crawled over the counter and grabbed the sub?

I pointed out that I didn’t “take” anything, I had been handed the wrong sub. Her bad attitude just got worse.

She then stated she was just starting my actual order now… I waited while she worked on the cheesesteak, another female employee, with corn rows, glared at me the entire time.

Get back to my car again with the “correct” sub that I ordered but toppings are completely incorrect. Didn’t bother going back in, I had no confidence that it would be correct on the third time.

Mistakes happen no biggie, but the attitudes and blaming the customer for your mistakes? Nah, won’t go back.

My Cheese steak with peppers was Nasty. Very greasy. Very nasty

Disappointed. The online system does not limit the number of orders for pickup at a given time so even though we ordered almost 2 hours before pick up we received our order 25 minutes late because they had too many orders for the same time slot. To make matters worse only 2 sandwiches out of 7 were correct with some having items on them that were specifically requested to be removed and the hot sandwiches having more sauce than anything else on them. I don't recommend ordering ahead at this location. It would have been faster to stand in line, order and be able to see that the order was being filled. correctly.

Great team - great service!

I usually love Jersey Mike's, but my last time I was there 5/28, I was either made the wrong sandwich or was given the wrong sandwich. Didn't know it till I sat down to eat it and realized I was given a #8 vs. the #13 I ordered. I didn't bring it to any one attention as I don't like to waste food, and #8 was still something I'd eat, just not what I ordered!

Subs are good but are way too expensive

First time back in several years and it could be several more to return.

Inside temperature somewhere between 66-68 degrees. If the afternoon sun warms up the restaurant too much, then invest in shades or window tinting. If you have to wear a jacket when eating, then it's too chilly.

We ordered two subs, a Ham and American and a Chicken Bacon Ranch. The guy with the earrings didn't record the order right and used provolone cheese. The Chicken Bacon Ranch had way too much salt added. Menu description does not mention salt being added.
