Spent $18 for a sausage parmigiana sandwich only for it to have no cheese because they tucked a paper over the cheese and it all stuck to it. Tried pulled the cheese off but the paper ripped and stuck onto the cheese. Disappointing!!!!

Not sure what is going on in this place at the moment. The last 3 times I have ordered either the pizza was not fully cooked and I mean dough not fully done or the delivery was completely wrong. Not giving the proper condiments or sauce. They did make the delivery situation right so I cant complain about that to much. But I have never had this many issues with them. Its rather disappointing. Hopefully they can turn it around but I'll be ordering elsewhere for now.

Love the food and the restaurant. They switched from using the Slice app to their own ordering on their website. It never works. I have tried on 4 different occasions. It won’t accept delivery. It won’t save a card. It won’t accept an order. 4 times I have placed my order at the place down the street because their site doesn’t work. Terrible user experience. Just lost another order tonight from me.

Had the thick crust pizza and it was very good. Came back a few weeks later and got a regular crust pizza. It was also very good. The milk shakes are delicious

My daughter, her baby, and I just had lunch at JoJo's Pizza & Pasta. The food was very tasty, made quickly, and the service was excellent. It appeared that 3 college age employees were working and each of them was polite and pleasant. A special shout-out to our waitress, Heidi, who was so super sweet and nice. I imagine each of these kids was raised the right way and are a good example that our future is in good hands! Well done. We will be back again!

Hello. Started going to your restaurant a couple of months ago. Let's just say it started out great. The sauce and cheese were tasty on my gluten free pizza. I thought I had finally found an edible gluten free pizza. I was a happy camper.
Then, for some reason after that my gf pizza would come to me burnt to a crisp. I mean the crust was black. The underside was charred. The first time it happened I let it pass. The next time I let it pass and ate my $12 pizza anyway.
But the last time was the last time. Even my husband's pizza slices were burnt.
Just so you know gluten free pizza does not equal burnt pizza. It's already bad enough that I have to eat gf because I love pizza. But burned to a crisp gf pizza is the worst.
