JoJo's Pizza & Pasta Upper Allen

I ride my bike there and they have the best food with very good chips and I always get the chicken tenders and they never disappoint 5 stars

I got a sloppy slimy chicken cheesesteak as ordered off the menu that mentions absolutely nothing about mushrooms being on it. Short of it being subpar at best and misrepresented. 3rd sub I’ve thrown away because apparently no one in the kitchen makes stuff the same way.

Good food but when placing orders over the phone would appreciate if they took the time to listen to the orders better so I can receive what I asked and pay for.

Good variety of pizzas to choose from

My family likes to pick up pizza from JoJo's to eat at home. Service is fast. I particularly like the sausage.

Called 3 times today. Waited over 8 mins on the phone each time and hung up. Maybe employ more people if you can't handle people calling in orders? The food here is to expensive for a pizza joint to be waiting almost ten mins on the phone.

We have been ordering from JoJos for 20 years. Then something changed. For delivery we waited well over an hour. Then the fresh homemade rolls changed taste and texture. Then orders were not were not correct. Not sure we ordered from them again

Great local pizza spot with good vibes, pizza is good. The service is fast and friendly with a great selection of beer on tap and to go!

They burn the roll on the meatball sub every time.

The person who took my order did not hear me and ordered the wrong item. They offered to give it to us when they brought the wrong item over and said they would order the pizza we wanted. Then the clerk came over and told us we owed an additional $15+ dollars. I went to the counter, completely forgetting the sodas we got and asked why it was so much extra. She explained and apologized. Every time I tried to tell her I did ask for the gourmet pizza she would cut me off. I finally said to her, if you would listen to what I am trying to say instead of cutting me off...she walked away, the other clerk said they would refund my money and I said I didn't want a refund but the food. They called the cook over who tried to explain everything AGAIN. I again said, I was trying to talk to her and she kept interrupting and cutting me off. Because of her attitude, I wanted her to know I did order the specific item as a specialty pizza. To make it clear, she ordered an appetizer and not the pizza. She was very dismissive and rude. We have never had this kind d of service here but also, she never waited on us. Also, 2 hours before closing and no iced tea was available.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, great food. Most recently I had a grilled chicken salad with the house balsamic dressing and it was delicious!
