Horrible customer service. Missing food in drive thru order and never got a resolution. Was told it would take about 2 hours to review video footage for a missing famous bowl.
We went to get dinner tonight and the restaurant was closed. Three different resources listed that this particular location was open until 9:00 PM. We arrived to the drive thru at 8:25 PM. When we asked why they were closed, we were told they closed to clean so they can leave by 9:00 PM.
