We’ve been coming here for years, but the quality has noticeably declined. It’s clear there’s been a change in management or ownership over the last few years, and it shows.
During our recent visit, my son ordered a burrito. Midway through making it, the first employee handed it off to a worker coming back from break. The handoff seemed clear, but the new worker started making a quesadilla instead. When we politely pointed out the order was for a burrito, he became visibly agitated and upset, as if we were blaming him for the mistake.
We weren’t upset about the mix-up itself - these things happen during busy shifts. What made it uncomfortable was his reaction. He began speaking in Japanese (presumably about us or the situation) while still preparing the food, which created an awkward atmosphere, especially for my son who was just trying to order his meal.
On top of that, the music system was malfunctioning with two songs playing over each other at the same time, making the whole dining experience chaotic and unpleasant.
Mistakes are understandable, but getting defensive with customers over a simple correction isn’t acceptable. Combined with the overall decline in atmosphere and attention to detail, this location needs some serious attention from whoever is running it now.
Hoping management addresses these issues because this used to be a place we enjoyed visiting.

I have eaten at this location 10 plus years. Post covid the overall service and quality of food has gone downhill. I am a big moes Stan but not anymore. Food has been disgusting to say the least lately. No seasonings or flavor. Even the salsa and chips feel stale. Used to be one of my favorite food but not anymore.

We usually love Moe's but tonight was an exception. The food wasn't terrible but not great either... One line of a song played the whole time we were there. I'll be looking forward to a better experience sometime!

Food was good however the lady was incredibly rude to her coworker in front of customers and even talking bad about him to the customers and the old man was so sweet and helpful. He deserves a raise and she deserves a realty check.

I’m not even trying to be rude, but if you wanted more business you would start by the curb appeal. We’re done eating here until your employees take responsibility for their hygiene. Also playing on your phone then making someone food is gross. WASH YOUR HANDS then put on the gloves. Food tastes like it’s been left out all morning. Not impressed anymore.

Asked him for chicken and he gave me steak. I called him out on it, asked him if it was really chicken as he was loading it on the burrito because it looked way too dark. He just ignored me. I was obviously charged extra for the steak and I asked for chicken.

We used to like this Moe's. Always greeted cheerfully as we entered. Food always good. Always seemed to be several people in line. Last night we went in after not having gone for quite a while. The place was empty. No pleasant greeting from staff....not even a smile. The person making our burritos kept mumbling quietly every time we asked what the meat options were. The machinery was loud, his coworkers were talking behind him, and there is a plastic sneeze guard. After having him repeat the meat options 3-4 times with no increase in clarity or voice volume, I gave up & pointed to what looked like chicken. (I was able to confirm they no longer have carnitas, which was shocking. That's pretty standard at these places.) I started the same frustrating mumbling process when I reached the sauces & just said none after asking once. My burrito was just OK. My husband didn't care for his. The queso was also much thinner than it used to me. One of the two Coke Freestyle machines was out of order. Plasticware was in disarray, making me feel like all had been touched and rummaged thru. Hopefully not all Moe's have gone downhill like this one.

Food is always good. I prefer moes over chipotle by far, more options and much more consistent. This location seems like they might not get a ton of business, I'm usually one of if not the only person inside. The employees are nice and helpful.

I’ve been to many Moe‘s Southwest grills in various states and they have always been consistently good. I walked into this place and nobody said “welcome to Moe‘s”. The food looked like it had all been reheat it and had been sitting around for two or three days, which is not what I am used to when I go to Moe‘s. The one gentleman making the burrito did not understand what ingredients I want and what I did not. I was with several other people and when we sat down for our meal, I only ate the tortilla chips because I was afraid I would get sick from the Food. I figured it would be better to just throw my burrito in the trash instead of risk getting sick while I was traveling. The drink machine had about 70% of the choices were not available. The whole ambience just was not what I am used to at Moe‘s and I really felt like I was in some rundown eatery. I could not recommend this place to anyone. The $1.25 hotdog at Sam’s Club would have been better. The corporate office should look into this.

a group of my co-workers and I placed an order together. Everyone received their order except me. When I called back the lady on the phone said "oh your food was at a different area in our kitchen and we forgot it" A refund was offered to make things right, however 5 days later and no refund issued. My co-workers and I will never patronize here again.

The food was not very tasty at all. I came here when it first opened and remember being much more pleased with the quality then. The steak was gristly and I had to spit out. All of if was pretty bland even with salsa.. quite the feat if you ask me.
The photos on the wall were the best thing there.
Vegetarian options: I just wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Kid-friendliness: My energetic child was fine in the empty restaurant.
