Hours of operation may change without notice! I ordered online for pickup @ 4:25 pm. I drove 20 minutes, arrived @ 4:15 and they were closed. Their advertised hours are from 4 pm to 7:30 pm. I don't do Facebook but I checked out their page to see if there was any information and at 4:00 pm, they posted that they would be opening at 5:15 pm. I was not about to wait an hour so I called and left a message requesting that they cancel my order and refund my payment. I then had a 20 minute ride home to come up with a new dinner plan. I am not happy about wasting 40 minutes and expensive gas. The food is good but not good enough for me to do that again. I will eat there if I happen to be in the area and they are open. I will not make a special trip for it again. They won't be around for long if they keep doing business this way.Thanks for the lesson Nippon.

I can't rave enough about Nippon Hibachi. Not only is their food absolutely amazing but so are the workers. We hired Nippon Hibachi for our wedding and to say they went above and beyond for us doesn't even cover it. You certainly get your money's worth as the portions you get are huge! Our guests LOVED the food. It's a month later and we're still hearing from our guests how much they loved Nippon. They have customers for life...if they don't get sick of us! :)

First time eating at the new Hibachi food truck. Food has a tons of flavors which I liked. They do come on a big portion. However, it is a bit overpriced. Their menu needs to be updated to provide more details of each items, ingredients etc.

My family really enjoys Nippon. We haven't been to the "home" location but have tried them at some food truck outings. The hibachi is very tasty. Everything is fresh. Good portion sizes. Minimal wait times. Staff is friendly. We've tried the chicken hibachi and the chicken & steak hibachi both delicious. It had a peppery flavor which we enjoyed. They frequently update FB if they leave their "home" location or if they have any closures. So be sure to check the page out. At first I was hesitant to get hibachi from a food truck plus the price but we were not disappointed. Definitely a must try!

First time visit to the truck tonight for dinner and I had gotten the double steak and shrimp dpi, spring rolls and honey dew bubble tea. Bubble tea is delicious and wasn't to sweet to the taste , the spring rolls were omg amazing, better then I thought they would be. And then the main event, the steak and shrimp double hibachi. It came with rice, carrots broccoli and zucchini and wanna say something else but it was good to. I added no extra sauce to it and it was still delicious, again honestly better then I had imagined on the way there. This place is definitely worth the purchase and visit and will be definitely being a guest if there again, I'm glad I saved some for breakfast at work in the morning.

Tried Nippons tonight at a food truck fest and it is very good! Good portion for the price. Quick, fresh and friendly service. I decided on the chicken hibachi (white meat) no veggies.. The sauce was good and the chicken has a yummy peppery flavor. I ended up having to share with my husband and daughter because they tried it and then wanted more! Can’t wait to try more of there food!

Hibachi style meals out of a food truck! ? Homemade sauces, best cuts of meats and fish served with noodles, white/fried rice. Tempura Fried Ice Cream or Cheesecake is the best ending to the meals! Takeout or dine on the covered patio tables. Very generous servings!

Try it already! This little Hibachi place is so good! It's take out only and is located right off williams grove road. There are a couple of picnic tables in front of the trailer. I had Salmon Hibachi. It was perfectly cooked. It came with 2 sauces, fried rice and delicious cooked veggies. ? The staff is friendly as well. A must try place!

Really really impressed. First off, the portion size is absolutely ridiculous. I picked up our bag of takeout and it felt like it was 10 pounds. Everything was well seasoned, proteins were perfectly cooked, and the service was really fast. This will be a weekly stop.

Food was good till I seen them cross contaminating the flat top grill with beef and seafood centimeters away from my food. Had a allergic reaction next time I go if I do... I will make certain they prepare my food without seafood next to.
