Need more Sour patch kids red! Otherwise awesome place!
Mostly good, but a bit of a pain for those of us who have mobility issues. There is no easy way from the parking lot to the store. We are still mobile enough to do the long ramp, but there have to be people who will pass on seeing the length of the walk
If Kyle or the female shift lead is working you might as well leave. Both incompetent workers and the owner deflects. There is zero accountability At this location
My family Was there 7/23/25 8:20 pm you need to teach your employee Kyle about patience and good customer service busy or NOT! Without customers “US” there is NO business remember that!

From Food Safety posted on WITF : Observed ice cream making unit, located in back stock room area, has an accumulation of old food residue and in need of cleaning at time of inspection.
Good place to go for a cool treat .

I love Rita's italian ice ever since I was a kid. This location, in particular, is special. I take my boys here after they get haircuts. The person behind the counter is kind and very welcoming when we come in, and they always remember my boys. I would highly recommend this location.

Awesome shop and we were lucky enough to have the owner help us. Incredible service, super clean shop, super friendly. We ended up getting four flavors to go….Strawberry Colada, Watermelon Sour, Lemon, and Root Beer, and all were GREAT!! We’ll be customers for a long long time!
