Clean, friendly staff, shake shack rules, best fast food burger that exists. In-n-out isn't even close my friend.
Edit: decided to try it again because Shake Shack gave us credits for our bad experience. We had another bad experience. We weren’t able to use 1/3 of the credits because the app glitched. We waited forever for our food again. Half the staff just wandered around doing nothing. There were like 6 people making food but somehow nothing was getting done. It’s really sad that we finally got a Shake Shack and it’s this terrible. I’m so disappointed.

Food is always delicious and served with a smile from the staff. Favorite fast food chicken sandwich I've had. Deducting a star only because they frequently forget small things like modifications, sauces, etc.
