We just stopped in for a birthday treat and had the most wonderful customer experience ever in a Starbucks! Zach was super friendly and sincere - he made my kids and me feel like a million bucks! We all left smiling and wanting to go back soon to be greeted by name. Great job, Zach! What you do means a lot to people!

After you start coming for a while they remember your orders and how you prefer it made they always greet you with a smile and a conversation as if your a friend instead of a customer

This may be the friendliest Starbucks (or any coffee shop) I've ever been to. People behind the counter are joyful without being fake, attentive without being intrusive, and genuine with customers' interactions. This doesn't happen by accident, so whoever is leading this location deserves acknowledgement for creating a well-balanced work environment for their employees and how that affects customers.
