I walked into Vitality Bowls expecting something clean, something virtuous—like I was about to consume purity itself. What I got instead felt like I was being dragged through the back alley of “health food” and force-fed its worst secret.
The açaí didn’t sit in the bowl—it sprawled. It oozed. It had the posture of something that had completely given up on holding itself together. This wasn’t a base; it was a collapse. A thin, shameless puddle that slithered around like it knew it shouldn’t exist in that form. It looked… indecent. Like it had been stretched too far, diluted past dignity, left out too long and still served anyway.
Every spoonful was worse than the last. It didn’t coat—it clung. Not in a rich, indulgent way, but in that clingy, desperate, almost embarrassing way. The kind of texture that makes you question why you’re still going back for more, even though you know it’s wrong.
The granola? Absolutely violated. What should’ve been crisp, proud, and structured was reduced to a soggy, swollen mess—like it had been sitting there soaking up poor decisions long before I arrived. It didn’t crunch. It whimpered.
And the fruit on top? Bright. Flashy. Fake confidence. Sitting there like it wasn’t complicit in the whole disaster beneath it. Like lipstick on something that’s already too far gone.
The whole experience felt… filthy. Not physically dirty, but spiritually off. Like eating something that had no business being served, no structure, no backbone—just a loose, dripping excuse for what should’ve been thick, cold, and controlled.
By the end, I wasn’t even eating it anymore. I was enduring it.

I just got their steak chimichurri burrito and the lettuce was very hot in it. Probably the lettuce was cooked on the grill inside the burrito and the dressing tasted rancid
I think it's probably just super vinegary. It burned my throat and overall super yuck. I really wanted to like this place. I want smaller businesses to thrive even if it's a franchise, I'm not sure if it is or not. But they're going to have to do better than hot lettuce and sour disgusting dressing all over some steak like product.
The juice was just okay. I don't think the fruits are vegetables were fresh because overall it had a flat taste to it. Most likely the beets weren't prepped to get all the dirt off of them.
Chia bowl is delicious here; every time!!
Reasonably priced with fruit & granola. My favorite!!

I hate to leave a bad review but this experience left me very very disappointed. My mother and I dropped in to get smoothies and sandwiches: I got the chimichurri steak wrap and piña colada smoothie, while my mom got the chicken panini and “the invigorator” smoothie. My first point of contention is that these four items cost us $43. Second, the wait took about 30 or so minutes (which at the time I didn’t mind because there was a sign at the kitchen window that said the food was made fresh to order.) When I got home and started eating, I was confused as to if I even got the right order, because my smoothie tasted only like bananas and my wrap seemed to have no steak in it. There was way too much greens and rice, and I had to rip away nearly half of my wrap to even get to the steak. I guess I took the first bites on the wrong side 🤷🏻♀️. When I did manage to get to the steak, it was super chewy. Also, in my wrap was a total of MAYBE 3 slices of tomato. So that wrap got a 0. My mom’s panini was no better; it was super dry and instead of a panini it was in 2 small-medium roll slices, so that added to the initial confusion of if we even got the right order. Her smoothie tasted fine, but she didn’t like it that much. All that being said, I do not think the items were worth $43, and it definitely should not have taken almost 30 minutes to make with how poor the quality was. Besides that, we were the only ones in the restaurant, although I don’t know if they had online customers. Anyway I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

First time visiting this place, and honestly, I was pretty disappointed. I ordered a panini, but it wasn’t even pressed. Just two regular slices of bread with bland filling. The flavor was flat and totally not worth the price. Definitely needs some improvement.

I was visiting PA for an event and noticed a new sign for their Coffee Crush Smoothie and also there is an option of picking your own fruit bowl, four different fruits as per you. It was absolutely delicious. 😍
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, great music playing in the background and a cozy vibe. The employees were so kind, smiling, and happy to help.
The service was quick, and the food quality was excellent ,fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. Definitely a spot I’d recommend to anyone passing through PA. Can’t wait to come back!

Didn’t even try the food! The guy with the dark hair and beard was very rude cut me off and didn’t hold the door for me at all! And it stunk so bad I turned around and left

The workers are kind but pretty disappointed with their vitality/açaí bowl…the ratio of everything was off - barely any fruits or granola. Smoothie King’s açaí bowl is a lot better. I also got some kinda green smoothie from them before and it was disgusting. I took one sip and threw the rest away. And it smells odd in there so I decided not to dine in. Considering all of these factors, the price is very overpriced and I wouldn’t recommend.

Solid healthy food eatery and fantastic customer service.
One of my go-to places for quick and delicious lunch. The smoothies are great as well and their açaí bowls! Last week I ordered lunch and they had gotten my order wrong. I called them and let them know nicely that the order was wrong and that I didn’t realize until I was home. I wasn’t trying to go back that same day because I had work but they were extremely apologetic. A couple of days later, the manager even called me back offering me a complimentary item or equal meal. I really wasn’t expecting that so I appreciate businesses that go that extra mile to acknowledge their mistake and make it up to their customers. Thank you staff!
