I wanted to try the advertised tomato soup bread bowl. The cashier's voice was so soft it was difficult to understand her. After several attempts to get her to speak louder or clearer, I just ordered a half sandwich. Your loss. The caprese sandwich was okay. The spicy sandwich wasn't spicy . Both sandwiches were dripping in sauce; messy. Very messy ! I prefer the store in the Center City Philadelphia.
This is possibly the worst value proposition of all upscale fast food restaurants. The price you pay for the quality and quantity you get is a joke. I had the tuna sandwich and couldn’t see the tuna. I opened the sandwich and it was a “schmear ”, like cream cheese. The salads were completely disappointing and the chicken was an weird rubber, like maybe it wasn’t even chicken. ???? Wide opened with good sections with different table setting and plenty of nice sunlights made me feel more comfortable and pleasant. In particular, its restroom is the new and nicely maintained, which nice companies are supposed to have for their customers and employees, not like many others ugly Panera Bread restrooms.
