Panera at Media, there is a Panera team worker by the name of CJ, an amazing young gentleman, helpful with information, keeping up with areas that need cleaning, asking customers if they need any assistance. I am a loyal Panera customer and this gentleman made the atmosphere so friendly with his smile and kindness, you all need to clone him.

It looks a newer location.
Wide opened with good sections with different table setting and plenty of nice sunlights made me feel more comfortable and pleasant. In particular, its restroom is the new and nicely maintained, which nice companies are supposed to have for their customers and employees, not like many others ugly Panera Bread restrooms.

I wanted to try the advertised tomato soup bread bowl. The cashier's voice was so soft it was difficult to understand her. After several attempts to get her to speak louder or clearer, I just ordered a half sandwich. Your loss. The caprese sandwich was okay. The spicy sandwich wasn't spicy . Both sandwiches were dripping in sauce; messy. Very messy ! I prefer the store in the Center City Philadelphia.
