Came home from the shore and we decided to stop at Wendy's for breakfast. I ordered online using my mobile app in the parking lot . I waited a few minutes and then went to the drive-thru to tell them I was here . There were no cars in the parking lot and it didn't appear anybody was even inside. I drove into the Drive-Thru and let them know who I was and they said to pull around . I waited for at least 10 minutes at the window before anybody even came to the window to acknowledge...read full review
I really wanted a quick and satisfying meal, but my visit today just didn't hit the mark. The food came out lukewarm, and it seemed like they were struggling to keep up with the orders, which made the wait much longer than it should have been. The dining area wasn't as clean as I would have liked either. It was a pretty disappointing experience overall, and I think I will probably look for another spot next time.
Poor customer service. Had written note on card board placed on outside menu, cash only. No drinking straws. Won't visit again. 😕

However, visiting during off-peak hours can lead to fresher and hotter food. This location is usually a good experience, with food on hot & fresh and a clean dining area. The team cooked food as requested and everything was hot & fresh. The staff was awesome, with Hana and Sonjae being very friendly and pleasant. While sometimes there is trash near the drive thru entrance, and they might not have certain salads, the overall experience is often good. For fast food, it's OK; it's usually hot and edible, though sometimes there's something wrong with it, like incorrect veggies or messy presentation.
