I ordered online to save time during a very hectic day. Why am I waiting in the drive through line to pick up a mobile order?
Blatantly ignored when I tried to make contact through the window.
My food is cold because it sat somewhere while employees turned their backs to me.
Will not be back & don’t recommend the process. Straight Disrespectful.
The lobby and seating area was unbearably cold. I should've realized they didn't have heat when a saw space heaters throughout, which wasn't a safe alternative due too tripping hazards
