Food, beer, atmosphere was great. Will absolutely be back. The new owners kept the integrity of the old building, while making it a new place for everyone. Menu offers variety of amazing options. Staff was welcoming and kind. Thank you Ethan for the great service!
Came for lunch, not only was a service top-notch. The food was so delicious. I couldn’t find anything wrong with it and those do you know me no, that’s not me. Ask for Jen !
I was visiting this past Sat. evening with a couple of friends - the staff was attentive and friendly, the drinks were spot on, and our meals were delicious! Always worth the drive from Bethlehem. Thank you, Liberty at Dryville…chefs, bartender, waitresses and hostess.

Liberty at Dryville offers a beautiful ambiance with stunning internal stonework and string lights. The restaurant features a small dining area that creates a cozy atmosphere. The food and service are excellent, with the Reuben, Thai Beef Skewers, and Beast Burger being standout items. Guests have praised the extensive and well put together menu, along with a nice drink selection. Prices are reasonable, although the underdone fries have received some criticism. The location is well-renovated, with exposed stone walls and hardwood floors adding to the charm. Live music and a decent sound system enhance the overall experience. The dedicated, pleasant, and accommodating staff are beyond awesome. The ownership absolutely knows how to get it all exactly right. The food is outstanding, and the waitstaff, like Jen, goes above and beyond. The atmosphere is beautiful, with a great beer selection and strong, cold drinks. Overall, the Liberty at Dryville is highly recommended for a delightful dining experience.
